I purchased Microsoft Office. It installed but I needed help in activating, which took a long time because I didn't know what I was really doing at my end.
Ray Ljubomir was most helpful and got everything up and running for me. I'm sure he was very frustrated with me at times, but he never, ever gave me that impression - he was awesome and patient. He deserves a raise just for helping me today. I'd still be struggling if he hadn't been so helpful. Thank you Ray.

I recently purchased a software from the website. I forgot to enter the promo code which would have given me 12% discount on the software. I realized this after placing the order. I got in contact with the support team through online chat. I wasn't too hopeful. Bryan heard me out, and promptly assisted me in processing the refund. Within minutes I received an email stating the refund has been processed. Thank you for helping out. I definitely had a very positive experience.

My Office 2019 was installed on Windows 7 and I freshly installed Windows 10 on this machine and needed to activate my Office 2019 on Windows 10.

Brian helped me on how to go about it and how to activate it via phone.
