I ordered a product onthe 6th of November 2023. I paid for the product, but I never received the product.
On the 2nd of January I contaced them online and was dealt with by both Emir and Eric. They were very helpful and asked if I needed a refund or the product and I said the product. They assured me it would be sent out the next day. I still have not received the product. I have tried to contact them online and a mesage comes saying someone will get back to you and no one does. I rung Berlin today and spoke to a helpful gentlema,who said he would send a refund, but it was the product I needed. Overall a very stressful and time consuming experience
I contacted the company two days ago by phoneand I was asked for the purchase order number and why did I not cotact through the email I received. I never received an email or a purchase orde number. the only confirmationI received was from PAyPal. Again he person was very helpful. I will await results

Total fraud!!! Paid for the services, spent waiting 30 minutes but nothing was provided except letter with requesting the following:

"We need your help in verifying this order was authorized by the bank account owner.

In order to do so, kindly provide us our 'Merchant name and number' for this transaction as it shows on your credit card/bank account statement, like the sample screenshot below:


If this information is currently not available, you may send a front-facing photo of the card used for payment with only the last four digits visible.

We look forward to receiving your response so we can send your software immediately."

I was struggling to find where to download the Office software I had ordered back in 2019 and Eric responded to my chat in seconds, sent super quick and clear instructions and I am now happily installing. Excellent customer service.

I have bought AVG from SoftwareKeep for a number of years now, they have some great offers. Eric in support was very helpful and answered my queries about the product. Would recommend using them.

I bought an MS product using one email address and (for MS reasons), redeemed it via an account with a different email address and couldn't see how to install my purchase.
I was quickly and successfully assisted by Eric over customer support chat - and had my issue resolved and product installed in no time.
