Had a problem with the payment activation. After sorted it with customer support rep Name Jesus.
Received a key for Activation a Microsoft office for mac 2016. But while starting to activate it, key wasn't supported for the region I am from. Contacted Jesus again and he sort this up with sending me an updated key for Office 2019. Download a program and using it with no issues. Great support from customer service representative and speed of sorting issues. Respect

My product key didn't arrive straight away. I thought I had been scammed. I clicked online chat icon on the website not expecting much and spoke to Jesús who helped me sort out a problem with my bank emailed the key and helped me get it installed.

I needed help installing windows 10. It took 2 hours due to an unexpected complication and it wouldve taken longer without Daniel's help. This person needs a promotion and a logo. Please recognise and reward his/her excellence.

Had a problem with the verification of my payment. Employment JD helped me to get my product serial number after the verification.

I had the help of the technician Joe today and he made the experience so less stressful. My dad tried to send me on a link so I could download word and excel package I bought. I got myself all in a mess and I asked help from Joe and he could not been more helpful and efficient. Can't say a bad word.
