I had some doubts about the company and the process of getting a window7 professional installed and validated, First Emre helped me with some of the components to install everything. Thankyou Emre. The next issue i had was getting a validation. Without Daniels help i would not have been able to do it. Like i said, i had my doubts but with their patience and assistance i now have a validated Windows 7 Professional x64 installed and working. Thankyou again for all your help. Greatly appreciated.

After ordering Office for Mac OS 2021 version I got very frustrated trying to download it. I finally gave up an made an appointment for a telephone consultation. Paul called me yesterday and he was superb. Iwas not familiar with the Mac computer an I am in my 80s. He was very patient and helped me navigate to the Zolo app. When we eventually got to it he took control and soon had the Office program on my Mac unit. Iwas very grateful for his help.
