Excellent service

I ordered Microsoft office from Software keep. I didn't get the product key as quickly as it stated online, however within minutes of me contacting the company by email, I had a response. In less than 20 minutes I had my product key. The customer service is exceptional, and I will recommend to my friends.

I was able to get Chat help right away, which was appreciated. Technician Joe was excellent. Solved my problem, stayed online when my updates were very slow. Now I'm up and running. Thank you Joe.

I had a problem with trying to integrate the software into the MS Office environment. I ordered 64 bot software which would not integrate with my users 32 bit office environment. I raised the issue through the chat where I was connected with Eric. He was quick to resolve the problem by providing a direct link to the 32 bit version of the software. The problem was solved quickly and easily. That's all one can ask for.

My experience with Eric was Fantastic. He was very patient with me and my lack of knowledge.

I just spoke with Eric from tech support and he 1) took the time to listen to my problem, 2) then said I know what your problem is and 3) sent me the fix via email.4) Eric stayed on the phone with me and basically held my hand to fix my issue.
5) All now works as hoped for.

Just needed proof of purchase before downloading. I didn't seem to get a return address, but it's all fixed. Thanks, Eric. I got the receipts in my email storage in case I require them in the future.

After a rocky start (I got the license for the wrong product), the customer support was excellent: responsive, supportive, patient and thorough. This makes me more than likely to recommend softwarekeep in the future.

After purchasing Microsoft Office software, there was a technical issue with the product key, which was solved quickly when I used the Customer Service chat service and spoke to Eric.

Eric was a great help and got my issue addressed immediately.
