The customer service is really good. I purchased my product on 3 Sep 2021 but when I began to download it I lost my internet connection. When I went to try it again it would not accept the download key as it was already redeemed. I chatted with Joe and he promptly sent me a link of where I could download it again. It worked this time. Thank you Joe.

This was the second time I have had to deal with customer service...my fault this time. Once again, I was extremely pleased. My email was responded to within minutes giving me a link to a direct chat with Joe within seconds, who was able to help me out, even though the whole issue was my own stupid fault. Its always scary buying things like this online and usually you would be lucky to get a response if you have an issue, let alone access to functioning 24hr technical support. If you need to buy software products, definitely buy them here.

The purchase and download was simple and quick - well it would have been quicker if I hadn't typed my email address incorrectly. I opened a chat session with Joe, he corrected my error and he got my downloads to me in two minutes! Thank you Joe!

I had tried to downloaded Microsoft Office 2019 Professional, but was having some trouble. Joe was very helpful in getting the process back on track for me.
It is now up and running. I am good to go.

I had issues downloading the digital version of Office 2019 for Mac. I tries to download but it said that I did not have a purchase so logged back in and was getting a message that the product key was already used. I used the live chat and was dealing with Ann who was amazing. My download was completed in no time! Thank you again for your help. I cannot speak highly enough about the online support.

Within 5 minutes of being connected to Joe, my problem was fixed. He patiently walked me through the steps on how to show him the problem and stayed connected to me until we were both confident that it had been resolved. This is by far the best customer service experience I've had.

I recently had to deal twice in 3 days with the technical support. Emir, a few days ago and Carl, just a few minutes ago. Both were very precise and helped me solve download issues with my Microsoft purchases.

Very very long download time .. servers very very slow… it took me 4.5 hours to download the the windows office software..

Daniel was fantastic!! He stepped in and helped me out, made sure that I understood everything that was going on, and took the time to ensure that everything was up and running before he left me to my own devices. It was definitely a less stressful experience than if I tried to do it myself.
