Very good and professional help from support-line.
I had Anne on the chat-box and she guided me to a download problem I had at Microsoft

The service is excellent, first I accidently ordered Mac version of a program when I needed a windows version. They immediately changed it for me. Then had a problem loading the program soused the chat help line. Emir responded and started to correct the problem, but I had too leave my computer and asked if I could come back later. I was told no problem. About two hours later I went back online opened the chat help and was connected to Emir who then remotely installed the program for me. Th eservice excellent, prompt and so patient . Will always use them for these types of software.

Purchased Microsoft Home & Business 2019 at a reasonable price. The instructions I received in the email were very clear. I uploaded to my computer no problem but the end step I could not access the applications . I went on website and did live chat with Emir. He asked could he access my computer remotely which he did. He uninstalled an office programme that was previously there ( though I had used the tool to unistall ) He put all icons on desktop for me as requested. I can now access applications. Thank you Emir for your efficient service

I contacted softwarekeep and spoke to Mark less than 24 hour after wrongly purchasing Window 10. They were super helpful and efficient on the chat service and initiated a refund so quickly. I went and purchased Office from them immediately after due to that reason. Great service. Thank you.

I recently bought Office 2019 for Mac and I received the serial key which didn't work. I used the chat to contact SoftwareKeep and I was attended very kindly by Joe, who after several quick checks, proceeded to send me a new serial code which worked perfectly. And this happened at 9 pm, so I was very grateful to have this immediate and effective response from SoftwareKeep. Joe also told me that she would be my personal technician regarding the recently bought software. Good service!

I mistakenly purchased the PC version instead of the Mac version. Through the very practical "chat" function, I was able to communicate right away with Anne from the Customer Support, who diligently guided me through the various steps needed to solve the issue.
