Joe was a great help in getting me started in downloading my MS Office home 2019 software. It was fairly simple in the end but I'm not very technologically minded so I was great having someone knowledgeable to guide me. Thanks, Joe!

Good overall experience but had 2 glitches: - the page after purchase using Paypal does not update so you are stuck and wonder when and how you would get the download link. Hopefully, the support was quick to answer that I will soon receive the email.
Got the email, follow the process to get my Office 2016 but was directed to a MS page where I could only download 365, which I did but of course, did but has my license was for 2016 I could not activate it
Contacted again the support which directed me to check my keys on the MS Web sites, and then found below the right link to download MS office 2016.
The problem was finally solved.

So overall: good price, good support but not so clear instructions

All staff were courteous and mannerly plus very well versed in their trade. Response's were quick and detailed .
