Genuine key and great support
The key I was provided was genuine and works well. I thought I had an issue, which the technician online worked through with me very patiently, but it ended up being a security issue with our work wifi. As soon as I tethered to my phone it worked perfectly.

This is a legit company and helpful
I was able to speak to someone immediately via chat and they were very helpful. Each time I ran into a problem they were there and in the end offered to remotely download when I hit a blockage. It was very much appreciated .

Not willing to answer questions asked before purchse.
Asked if their $75 Win11 Pro was a single use only key or transferable. Did not want to answer, so guess what assume it is single only. Ever make changes to PC (hardware) or log out of MS user and add a local user guess what lost activation PERIOD.
My advice is go to a bricks and mortar store and buy a hardcopy retail version and not face any dramas later on.

Thanks for your message. I apologize for replying late. I am afraid that the product key is not transferable to a new machine once it has been activated. However, in the same machine settings, you can activate as many times as needed.

I had an issue installing a windows 11 Pro upgrade to a windows home system. It turned out my system was OEM and needed to have all of the updates applied to be able to accept the upgrade. Hadi talked me thru it all and once I had my end sorted the upgrade went thru with no issues.

Don't recommend
Don't recommend. Doesn't refund if you can't use it. Says 80% admin fees. I also lost my remote assistance fees for not being able to use it.
Was asked to download ISO from a link but the zipped ISO was corrupted. It was urgent so my remote hands couldn't wait but purchase locally.
Support is good but you don't get full refund in case something happens. That's crazy.
Reply: I followed your instructions to use zip file for ISO mate. It was corrupted. Do you think the world will wait for you to communicate again and again.
And let's say I didn't follow the instructions properly. But I gave back your product and you took half my money. Is that fair?
In essence for whatever reason Australian consumer right needs you to full refund. Looks like you need ACCA on your tail.
