Second time dealing with Software mart
This is my second time dealing with software mart, it is easy to deal with and their immediate communication is always appreciated, but so does other online competitors, I'd have given them 5 stars rating for last time I dealt with them, but this time only 4 stars not because of their reliability or service but for the price, it is almost double the price of other online competitors

Good prices and service
Like another contributor, I also bought a version of Office 2024 at a great price. I encountered some difficulty installing and tried to resolve by online chat. Hadi, the chat/ help desk person tried hard to understand my issue but resolved it very well by initiating a remote session. I have no hesitation in recommending Software Mart Australia for their prices and service.
