My experience has been always good with this shop, everything worked as expected, including software authorisation keys.

I purchased, the Microsoft Office Application as I was getting fed up with the constant increase in the price of the 365 option.
I purchased this but had problems initially as there were hangover issues with the 365 product telling me that even after my new install, the programs would stop working in a month.
I initially thought I'd been dubbed with a faulty purchase, but I reached out to them, and credit to them, they were quick to respond, very helpful, and throughout a few emails, and trials, I eventually did a manual removal of the old 365 product, got deep into the computer, and removed it from every area. Once done, I downloaded their link, and then entered the product key supplied and it worked perfectly. No more 365 annual fees, I'm very happy.

Failed installation of office product. Sent a screen shot of issue at their request. Have been ghosted since. No support and no option for a refund due to failure of product. Purchase at your own risk.
