I have bought from Software Mart for around 10 years now and always happy with the good deals. The one time (many years ago) I had a download issue I got personal and helpful support. Highly recommend.

The reason I had to purchase a new license as the previous license I had brought through did not work as I purchased a 5 licence and mirosoft said it was alrady been used but I have only used it once

Worked fine though i discovered Visio needed installing before office or it gave errors. No idea why. So I had office installed already and had to uninstall then put in Visio and then Office again.

Got a great deal on Office 2024 for 2 iOS devices...best deal I'd seen across the internet. Sale and product delivery was smooth and without incident. Software Mart also extended the expiry date since my new device may have been late on arrival. I had one glitch during the installation (which was my fault) and I contacted Software Mart and they promptly responded with a solution to my problem and I was up and running. Would gladly shop here again without hesitation.

Hadi is a patient man - he resolved a difficult issue with an installation that I had messed up. Did a fantastic job in the support function. I have also purchased software that he made sure that I had installed correctly. I would highly recommend him for all your tech issues.

The installation wasn't working, clicking on the start.bat file was not doing anything. I contacted support and Hadi connected remotely to my PC and install the Office 2024 very quickly. Great service and very prompt response to my predicament.

Hadi was a great Help. I had trouble installing, I thought I had uninstalled 365 but Hadi found one app that was left. He fixed that and installed it for me. And on a Sunday night at 6pm. Excellent service

I am very unhappy with this company. I have discovered that their software prices are extraordinarily high compared with other companies. e.g. they charge $150 for a digital download of MS Office Home and Business for Mac 2019 whereas Productkeys.com sell the same product for $49.90. Software Mart is clearly a rip off. That's why I gave them one star.

I had a problem installing the software and Hadi was very helpful in resolving the issue.

The important question is will I come back? The answer is certainly yes! The customer service and follow up was exceptional.

If I could leave NO stars for this company I would.
Normally I am pretty good at seeking out scams before I purchase but this company got me.DO NOT send them money.Nothing exists with there product keys, they are old keys from already purchased downloads.
