Excellent, precise customer service and they do a great job. Don’t believe the negative reviews- those are just disgruntled people that don’t understand social media. In order for the people at sogro do their best you need to have decent content. No random life pictures that don’t compete with all the noise (ads) and quality accounts on instagram. If you have good content, sogro will help your account take off!

Sogro doubled the organic growth I was getting on my own. I am a very happy customer. In terms of improvement, I would say that I wish there was an easier way to mass-unfollow people after, or at the end of, using Sogro. Their mass-unfollowing doesn't easily allow you to keep accounts that you have made connection with, and still requires you to go through your entire following to see who you would like to keep. It would be great if there was an automated list generated of the people they followed during the subscription that you could go through and request specific accounts to keep following. I also found that through their service, I was following a few accounts that were not a good fit for me and immediately unfollowed them. Other than that, I would really recommend using Sogro for anyone who needs some extra oomph with increasing their following.

i'm definitely experiencing growth from this service. it's been 2 months and i'm happy with the results. it was a little rocky getting going and I ended up having to change my password but since then it's been great.

Growth has been great, so I can focus on content. Delivering exactly what I wanted for the past 4 months!

Really a very bizarre company. Towards the end of our trial we asked for details of how effective the campaign had been (fairly standard to decide if to continue) and they could not tell us anything. All the would say is we have X new followers, but not how many of those were through their service as "they dont track it". When I asked how they could possibly unfollow those who don't follow back after two days if they don't track, there was no reply. They then said they can send stats on who they followed and comments liked for us, when I asked to see them they said as a general rule they don't send them?

Just a very strange way to try and convince someone to stay with them. If you entire company is based on growing the social following of other companies, you need to be able to prove it and be transparent. I have no doubt they can do the job, but need to be way more forthcoming with the data.

I've been a client for over 6 months and it has been great to be able to focus on content creation only, and not trying to grow followers. In that we've gone from 500 followers to almost 4,000.
About 3 months in we had a week where the growth slowed down and after working with support they corrected the issue quickly. Overall my experience has been fantastic and I would highly recommend reaching out to Sogro to learn more about what they can do for you.

I tried a year , only gain followers at the first 1-2 months then it dies nothing . I regard . I should have cancel it ASAP . Don’t be fooled .

Sogro have done NOTHING to grow my insta page yet I am charged for their services. I have requested a refund but no reply.
