I was able to get through to the 'Technical Support' Department very quickly; and Matthew talked me through my issue very efficiently.

We have used Soho66 for about 15 years. We have about 15 phone lines with them that divert to mobiles, landlines and Voip Phones. The service we always get is very fast and all the people you speak to at their company are knowledgeable.

Very knowledgable in fact! They all seem to love what they do and they never have had a problem with setting up and controlling our phones. We've bought all our phones through them and in the past had our own phones that they also managed to set up. From the Soho66 website you get a login and the platform is easy to use and you can set any phone to do pretty much anything you want it to do.

We have several offices and people working from home, this service works for us and I would assume any business of any size. The fact that in 15 years, they answer the phone immediately every single time I've rang and I've always got straight through to an intelligent technician makes me sure that we made the right choice using them.

I had the pleasure of be talked through from beginning to end the process of connecting my smart phone to the Soho 66 phone number, by Matthew.
He was warm, respectful and walk me through start to finish, the very reason for my call was fulfilled.

Just ported our Voip phone to Soho66 - it has been a painless and speedy process and the support has been excellent.

I have used Soho66 before and while the website gives little confidence, the service is world class. The guys are superb, always available and Rhys helped get a number and personalised voice message set up in minutes. I needed a uk number to be available to me in China and subsequently in the uk. I installed a sip client on my phone. It has all worked perfectly. I did need to contact support at the beginning for a verification. They were brilliant, clearly understood their product.
