Extremely helpful on first contact. Don't be put off by the slightly old-fashioned looking Web site. These guys have been great for us as we moved away from Skype. They were quick to reply when we first got in contact, and helpful all along the way, despite my own error in porting our business phone number to them. Great prices too. We're delighted we chose them.

Have consstant phonecalls with nobody t the other end. Phones don't work in the various positions and nobody to help Say they are a host company. Need someone to come and explain and set it up properly
I did however have brilliant help always on the phone every time I rang and sympathetic but without the help I need I'm stuck.

You've been using our service for 18 months, and during that time, we’ve discussed the same recurring issue on multiple occasions. Each time, our team has thoroughly investigated the matter, and the conclusion remains the same: the issue appears to stem from either your VoIP hardware or your internal network, not our platform.
You’ve reported that the device produces audio at random intervals. We’ve carefully reviewed the call logs and traffic at the reported times, and in every case, there is no evidence of any corresponding calls or activity through our system. Your itemised call logs confirm that no calls are being processed via our network during those periods.
It's also important to note that the device you're using was not supplied by us. Based on the information available, it’s likely that a local setting or programmed feature on the device — such as an alarm, internal prompt or the battery depleting — is triggering the audio you're hearing.
We completely understand that this may be difficult to troubleshoot on your own. However, as we’ve explained previously, we do not provide on-site support, and further phone-based assistance from us won’t be able to resolve a third-party hardware or network configuration issue.
That said, we’re more than happy to liaise directly with your VoIP device supplier if needed to help identify a solution.
We hope you’ll consider revisiting your review. We've dedicated considerable time to investigating this with you and have done everything within our scope to assist. Unfortunately, the root of the issue lies beyond our control.

I have contacted Soho66 several times over the past 2 weeks speaking to Reece and Matthew on the sales side and later with Blain about setting up the phone.
Reece talked me through the final setup this morning and the help and advice that I have been given throughout has been exemplary, at no point was I treated as being stupid and each of them had the time and patience to go beyond my expectation to explain what was needed to ensure the system was left fully working.
With staff of this calibre this company is a showpiece of how customer service should be, well done to you all.
