I ordered some new soil for my house plants from Soil Ninja and I was very pleased with the quality, price and quick delivery.

FANTASTIC. Really helpful and friendly staff with fast and “human” replies to emails. Parcel came quickly and was packaged really well. Not opened the soil yet but I can tell just by looking through the window on the package that it is of superior quality. Can’t wait to repot my babies in spring!

Soil Ninja just has such a great range of substrates that are such good quality. The team are more than happy to help in anyway possible and great to chat to about plants. They have a in depth range of research done around different plant genus and which substrates that suit which plant and everything is really good quality and source in a environmentally friendly manner! I can not recommend Soil Ninja anymore highly there one of those companies I would give 100 stars too.

I’ve not had any problems so can’t comment on customer service BUT I purchased a little while ago now and was waiting to see if the soil made any difference to my plants. I didn’t expect to see such a visual difference and it’s made me realise how crappy garden centre soil really is- whatever the brand.

Best soil ever, I have a range of jungle plants, exotic plants and succulents mainly. excellent blends for all my plants - definitely have a customer for life.

I have now ordered from this company twice post recommendation from a friend. Yesterday the customer service was exceptional, where I had input the wrong delivery address; the team (Any) responded quick and made me feel assured that the delivery address would be changed with no problems. You can literally see the difference! Bought some of their soil mixes and my plants are very happy and all of them are peat free. Very pleased with the result and the service and will definitely buy again.

Fast delivery. Bark, worm castings, charcoal, zeolite and sand all in resealable bags, lovely presentation with instructions on the back. 1 coco block followed instructions 3.5 ltrs of water to 1 block, didn’t need to add more water. This will be the company I order from.

This is such a fantastic company, I love their products and soil mixes. However, I have an issue with shipping. There is only one option for deliveries, you can't choose between slow and cheap or fast and expensive deliveries, and that option is very expensive. I was about to order a small bag (1L) of soil tonight until I realised I'd have to pay close to 6 quid for shipping! I changed my mind and didn't order in the end because I can't justify paying £6 when the product costs £2.50. I'll either have to buy somewhere else this time or wait a while until I need more soil and can place a bigger order to justify the shipping cost (which isn't ideal, the plant really does need repotting soon)

Ordered the Monstera soil mix to repot my monstera deliciosa and she has been thriving! The soil is such good quality and the fact that they use activated charcoal in the mix puts you're mind at ease as it helps get rid of impurities in the water.

I've now ordered a calathea/maranta mix and I'm super excited to repot my white fusion calathea to see her thrive too! Will be using a lot in the future!

Bought some soil mixes a few months ago for some philodendrons and anthuriums. They come pre mixed for different plant families and you can also order the individual ingredients if you need to change the mix.
My plants are doing great now. Thanks!

I am completely new to houseplants and I wasn't sure about the right soil, repotting, care needs etc. Soil Ninja have been fantastic at advising me on the correct soil and repotting. They are so helpful, so friendly and really accessible. The website is intuitive, easy to use and really informative. Their FAQ section and a-z of plants is top-notch. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Love using this site for all my reporting/soil needs! Website contains a guide on what soil to use for each type of house plant you may have. Have bought from this company many times and each of my plants are blossoming in their new soil. Couldn’t recommend enough.

What a lovely shopping experience from start to finish! I had some questions about what soil would be best for a few of my plants and they sent me back a great list of best plant/premium soil combinations. The website is really easy to use and I loved shopping in the soil components section to make some of my own blends too. It's not the cheapest place to buy your soil but I think they are really worth the price as everything is of such great quality. After all, what's the point in buying lovely plants just to watch them decline in poor quality soil?

I am over the moon with these speacial soil blends. I tried to mix myself and I thought I done well but when I ordered few bag of soil blend I realised I did nothing lol
Forget the soils what you can buy in garden centres and supermarkets!

I always love ordering from soil ninja. They have a great range of products at great prices too. I've just got the new semi hydro mix which I'm excited to try. The delivery is very fast and packed nicely.

Really pleased with my order. The soil mix (monstera) is top notch - drains really well, really stable, and easy to repot with. Very impressed with the selection of soil mixes available, ease of use of the site, and deliver, and quality of the product. Will definitely use again.
