Absolutely brilliant products and even better customer service!
Thoroughly recommend!

Great service and quality products! I was advised before purchase which products are best suited for my plants. The order was delivered quickly, I repotted the plants straight away - after a few weeks, I can see they are thriving! I will be using it again - thanks :)

This place has great products and their customer service is second to none! I messaged for advice on Instagram, and no question was too small (I am new to houseplants)

Excellent in every respect & highly recommended

The best you can buy! I own 100s of rare varieties, so finding a soil mix that works is a nightmare, as a lot is at stake if it goes wrong. Every plant I own is in a soil ninja mix, so it goes to show that I have complete faith in them. If they don’t sell a mix that suits a certain or niche species, they sell components so you can easily adjust!

If you’re having any doubts, dont, just order. Their customer service is amazing and they’ll always answer any queries you have or recommend mixes / adjustments to suit your personal needs.

Have purchased pre-mixed soils (aroid, calathea and monstera) and individual components (bark, perlite, charcoal and vermiculite) and have been very happy with all of them! Plants grow well and delivery was fast and well packed. Couldn't be happier! You really can't compete with the ease of ordering everything from one good, reputable place.

Such a great and high quality product. I have used about 3/4 different soil varieties now, and as a professional in the field I can say he really knows his stuff! Super friendly and responsive too! Parcels also arrived on time/early. Couldn’t recommend more!

From owning my first monstera early last year to now having nearly a room full it can be scary caring for them individually and making sure you’re doing it right.

The fact you can get specific soil mixes and not have to buy all separate components for some is soooo helpful.
For what you get the price is absolutely amazing, if you were to try and get the same stuff over somewhere like Amazon you’d be paying triple the price.
Their monstera mix is an absolute dream!!

I would love to see more products from these guys in the future, things like moss poles, plant food even maybe plant pots would be amazing. So much they can expand on but honestly cannot fault!!!

I've become a bit plant obsessed during lockdown going from 5 to over 50 house plants but don't really know what I doing. Treated them all for Christmas and they are loving their new soil. Such an easy website to navigate as a beginner and I like the fact you can buy different sized bags and they tell you what to add for plants they don't do specific mixes for. Arrived really quickly, well packed and the information on each mix is excellent. Loved the wee handwritten note and I will definitely purchase more in the future

Being new to indoor plants finding the correct mix to repot my plants in was quite daunting. I wanted to give my plants the correct soil conditions for them to thrive in but the amount of different components and ratios baffled my brain, I can just about remember when to water my plants.. anyway, Soil Ninja offers pre made mixes for specific plants that are also suited to other plants with similar soil needs. Not all hero’s wear capes! But Soil Ninja was my plant care hero. The mixes came packaged really well and arrived super fast. Didn’t take me long to get my hands dirty and get stuck in and they took the stress out of repotting for me. My plants have really taken to the mixes well, especially my Alocasia and Anthurium which are showing signs of new growth already. Happy plants = Happy me.

They will forever be my go to for substrates now. And when I get confident in making my own they sell all the components I need to do so.

Fantastic products, great customer service, fast delivery. I am ordering on regular basis just because my plants thrive in soil ninja products. I only wish that products are packed in more environmentally friendly packaging. How ever packaging is recyclable and they delivered in fully recyclable boxes. If you house plant lover this is shop to go to offering pre-mix specialised mixes and soil components for great prices.

The guys at soil ninja do a fantastic job. I switched to using their products after getting tired of using standard shop bought potting mix.

The ability to tailor to certain plants needs with soil mixes, these guys have got it on point. (They do the dirty stuff so you don't have too!!)

To just testing/experimenting with what medium works for you with a great selection of products. (Hah better get the vacuum)

I'm a newcomer to this houseplant thing (Who buys someone gift they have to keep alive? Let alone 6 of them!? Eeeek!) But the Soil Ninja site makes it really simple to know what mix and pack size to buy. My soil arrived fast, well packaged and the stuff inside looks really good. Very affordable way to get the right particular soil mix for each plant - and not be left storing sacks of leftovers. Thanks guys! (I'm now thinking I might buy unsuspecting friends plants for Christmas ;) - wonder if I can get them Soil Ninja vouchers too?)

Such an amazing customer service and the delivery was really quick! I emailed Jack that I was worried about Royal Mail's delayed service lately and he made sure to send my package as tracked. It came 2 days after I've placed the order on their page. I haven't used the soil yet but they look like a really quality mix. I can't wait to use them to repot my plants. Thank you again Jack!
