I started with the 1kg bag
I started with the 1kg bag. It arrived almost immediately. I emptied out the wet sticky contents of my dalek bin and filled put it back with layers of paper, card, the wet compost and the compost accelerant. The bin is the best it has ever been. No smells and slowly warming up. I'm so impressed I have ordered more accelerant. I like the fact I can keep it outside beside the dalek. I hope to have cracked composting at last.

A sustainable and great product
Really quick service.
I got their biochar compost which feels so wholesome. I used it for a strawberry planter and looking forward to seeing the results.
I also bought 2 kinds of the biochar, the fine 0-8mm and 2-8mm. The finer biochar is extremely fine with some small bits,I added this to my compost heap.
The 2-8mm feels more rough (but still really tiny pieces) which I quite liked anyway.
Overall products were sent within days of my order.
My absolute only issue is the bags come in a sack thats not biodegradable but the product itself is great, versatile and so good for the planet.

Many thanks - reviews are really important for us. Just a quick note on the plastic sack. Biochar is all about sustainability - it was a big decision to use woven polypropylene sacks. Biochar absorbs water and hugely increases the speed of biodegradation. Paper and compostable bags degrade within weeks before they start to split. The storage issues and risks of bag splitting during transport led us to go with sacks. You might get a second use out of sack for collecting garden waste. Hope this helps, best Tony/SoilFIxer
