Health Insurance Difficulties

Expectation to gain access to transportation for wheelchair bound person to appointments within a reasonable time frame and reasonable price. This is proving to be near impossible. If only my insurance would fund this service easily, it would not require a third party to be paid to assist with a much needed benefit. Getting hopes up has been discouraging.

O just wanted to say thank you so much

O just wanted to say thank you so much! Tiffany is my advocate and she has been such a Godsend. I was drowning trying to keep track of all of my appointments I needed to schedule.
Tiffany helped me, I felt like I could finally breathe. She is very knowledgeable and if she dosent know the answer, she looks it up and calls me back. One thing I love is her checking in every day and giving me updates on what is going on and what we need to do next.
If you feel like I do, I give solace more than five stars! Very highly recommended. Thank you Tiffany!

Your website never works never I always…

Your website never works never I always have to call customer service to make my payment. Y’all need to get that ironed out. This is ridiculous. I tried for six days straight to log into yawls website to make a payment and I always have to call customer service and get a live person. It’s really a little ridiculous. Y’all need to fix your website. Some people can make their payments or you may not see no money.

I absolutely adore my advocate Lisa…

I absolutely adore my advocate Lisa B.!! She has helped me just by being present and available. Lisa listens, and hears, what I'm having trouble with, and she has taken care of a few issues that I was too overwhelmed to handle myself. I'm very thankful to have Lisa in my life!

Caring people who get results.

Gwen is working with Dr office to get my referrals to see other specialist. She always seems to care what difficulty I’m facing and is working to help me manage things one day at a time as she can feel my frustration. Thank you so much for caring.

Awesome

The advocate i was lucky enough to get is phenomenal - they really help make sense of everything and keep it organized. Every interaction, from the initial evaluation call, to a confusing circumstance that lead me to email the support team, has been absolutely awesome.

Think of them like a personal assistant for your medical drama and needs. If you're feeling overwhelmed with the burden of your disability, i definitely recommend them.

I love this program

I love this program. It has been so helpful to me. Ana is wonderful. She helps me with all kinds of questions about meds, tests, advice and especially support. We are both nurses which is really nice because we understand each other. I appreciate all of you, especially Ana!
