A year after a very professional install and the benefits are greater than expected. Yannick and his team were a delight to work with. We’ve had no issues at all with the system, it has just quietly worked on saving £2k in a year on our electricity bill, well in excess of the estimated savings. Just wish I’d made the move to solar and battery earlier!

Got our solar system installed by Solar Nova. They have been awesome from start to finish. There was minor delays in getting right parts delivered to our home. But when stage was set, work was done neatly. Jacob and Yannik were great as they took time to explain every queries we had and resolve things quickly. We would highly recommend them.

Solar Nova were excellent in every way. Very helpful and informative when we were deciding what to have and who to go with. They did everything they said they would when they said they would do it and left a very neat installation. Highly recommended

Great service with a quick delivery and installation. Everyone we spoke to was really helpful from Jacob for our quote to Yannick and the team for a professional install. The panels look great and it’s all working well. Little hiccup with our internet but they wouldn’t give up until it was all sorted. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish the whole process was managed in a straightforward and professional way .from the initial proposal to the timings and installation. it was all done quickly and smoothly. Jacob kept informed on everything from when the scaffolding was to be put up, when the panel's and Batteries were to be delivered and when the Team would be round to install. the guys that came round to install were a credit to the company polite knowledgeable and Tidy.

Great experience from start to finish. Jacob spent a lot of time discussing my requirements, and the various options, so I was able to make an informed decision. Yannick and his install team were very friendly, professional and efficient. There were a couple of teething problems with the system (not Solar Nova's fault) which they addressed very quickly. Everyone seems very keen to provide the best service possible. The system has been performing very well for the last month, much better than the estimate using official figures.

I called Company and had a conversation with a very affable person called Jacob. He was very capable and was able to explain all the options to me and educate me more on what requirements I would need from solar panels. He was not pushy at all made me very comfortable, a real asset to your company.

We spent a long time researching among 20 suppliers but Solar Nova was second to none. The process was thoroughly explained and the installation was carried in a safe and friendly manner without any delay. Highly recommended!

Slight delay on our install due to stock shortage of Growatt batteries but other than that no room for complaints.

Yannick was able to answer all technical questions and install was completed in 1 day with no problems at all.

We had our solar panels installed on our flat roof, it took a long time to find an installer who would meet our requirements. We went with Solar nova, had an installation date quickly (within 4 weeks).

The deliveries were on time, installation complete as expected. After care was good, we had a few issues with the setup but the team responded quickly and resolved them all.

Would likely recommend them for others.

Jacob, Amy and Yannick were absolutely brilliant. I am happy with the whole experience we received from Solar Nova, from the first proposal all the way through to collecting their rubbish.

I am not so confident with technology but Yannick will always answer my phone calls and answer any questions I have with the app.

I can happily refer this company to anybody considering solar.

Great service from the team at Solar Nova, all initial questions were answered by Jacob in the proposal stage and helped us with our move to Octopus as our energy provider to utilise off peak tariffs

Install day finally arrived on Tuesday just gone. The installers had a great knowledge base just like the rep I spoke to when beginning my experience with Solar-Nova. Overall very happy with the whole experience, can't Recommend enough !

After 2 months of waiting for our install date we finally had our panels installed, we where extremely happy with the polite lads who came to install, they clearly enjoyed what they do and it showed in there work. We have already recommended to our neighbour who is just in the process of getting them installed in the next couple of months! Looking forward to many months of great generation!
