About the Mark Company to a friend I would say that they seem to have a network that indicates stability and assurance in a market full of vague and over blown claims. A market that can easily take a consumers lack of knowledge and then take advantage of you. The Mark Group to date 4 1/2 stars

All it took was a visit to the website and within two days I had six companies in touch with me to arrange an appointment time to provide a quote.

Within an hour I had a few companies call me regarding my request. This website is great, saves hours shopping around. Will definitely be back

I thought i would try this way and hopefully broaden my understanding of Solar Systems,I only wanted 3 Quotes but ended up with about 9,I found that some people did not read the brief of what system i required and were adding up numbers while I was on the Phone they came across to me as very Unprofessional,while others were willing to give me there time and make me more aware of system requirements,while others just wanted a quick sale and did not follow through on sending me a quote,I as a buyer want to feel confident about the system i buy and who i buy from,not from people who just want a quick sale,out of 9 companies i would only consider calling back 3 of them,to the others you probably won't be round long enough to do Business with.

5 company's contacted me and one sent email quote,2 would not quote without my wife here who works away.
One cancelled booking at last minute because someone else's quote was more important.
Not the best.

I had more than 10 company ringing me and giving me more details about the solar (haut water) was really exciting to take the option and decided what exactly to do.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Hence customer must make their own smart decision. There are tricky bussiness out there.

I had already received one quote from a local contractor but needed alternative quotes to ensure that first I had a competetive price and also the best value for money panels and equipment.
Solar Panels Installers was easy to find on the internet and very quickly I received 3 calls from companies which resulted in 3 additional quotes.
After compeleting a technical and financial review I selected one one of the established solar companies and I am currently waiting for the design and installation to be comepleted.
All the companies were profesional in their approach which made the process easy and I am very happy with the result.

I found Solar- Panel- Installers.com.au Invaluable in saving time flipping through the Yellow Pages in order to find Solar Panel Installers. 5 possible Installer's were initially sent to me to contact, with option of obtaining more. We found 3 of the 5 and are now waiting for our Installation. VERY HAPPY :)

I never knew that there were so many companies around.

Response from the companies was very quick.

Couple of the companies took the time to come and talk to us and were very professional in their approach with no pressure on us to commit to any thing when we were not ready.
Some good advice was also provided which was very informative and helped in making our decision

I sent off a whole of of requests for deals for a solar system. The very next morning, Nathan from VIC solar called and offered me a fair deal. I was done and dusted in no time.

I dont know if you folks deal with Great Solar. I bought two units from them. The first one in Feb 2012 and the second about May 2012. I dont know if they lost the paperwork or what but when I went chasing the providers in September 2012, both indicated that they had nor received paperwork from Great Solar. I got back to GS and asked them to email the relevant organisations with the paperwork .They did not. Though I told them that I would be away for a month they chose to send hard copies to my address instead. In October they asked for NMI's
This week I got mail from Jemena to indicate that the unit purchased in May 2012 has finally been connected to the grid.ie the smart meter has been sorted remotely.
Still waiting for word from AGL about a meter change for the unit bought in Feb 2012.
