This vendor is misleading, pretending to be an UK company but in fact is based in China meaning all your customers rights are gone.
Delivery promise is not real. Products are unlikely to match European standards.

Wow what crap quality products. I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing. The light went straight in the bin. HUGE RIPOFF!

Rip off price for product delivered,I could have bought this product elsewhere much cheaper,honestly avoid and I hate posting this but what I got for €65 is ridiculous and it took nearly a month for delivery to Ireland.......AVOID.

Delivery was too late and I didn't received products as description, I asked for refund and they took about 2 months to give me back my money and on the top of that, they charge me £28 that they said paypal charge them when paypal said they not charging for refunds, this company is a scam, be careful

Delivery time said 4-7 days, it took over 3 weeks. The product came from China so the website needs to reflect this and update the expected delivery times. I was offered a 15% partial refund by way of apology.

Very happy with the product with 2 exceptions.

(1) No mention on packaging of the requirement to dissemble product in order to find 'On' switch.
(2) One item was missing it's mounting spike.

Be very small cheap looking and pretty useless. I have since found what I want at Amazon for £15. These items are far superior than those from Solar Energy Lighting and I won’t make the same mistake again. Based on other reviews I,ve seen I won’t waste my time trying to get my money back.

I made the mistake of purchasing 12 up&down solar light from this company who advise as being UK based and say when you order that they will ship within 2-4 days, but actually the products are cheap ship from China and take 7-10 days. You will find the items at less than a quarter of the price for multiples in ebay or amazon.
The items do not work and you will not get your money back!
They also advise that should you have an fault/issue that you have 30days for a full money back return and they will issue a return label, but the communication is via an email to ‘John Smith’ answered by Sabastien who will ignore your request to return and refund and offer to replace 12 faulty lights with 1, then on complaining again offer a more expensive light. When pointing out consumer rights I was given an address in Bulgaria to return £200 worth of lights to, with a famous surgeons name, no returns label.

I asked why a UK company requires me to send goods out of the uk? Then he gave me a London address with a different companies name, the companies name and address did not match on Company’s House records.

A week later an email pops up asking me to leave a review, strangely enough that review hasn’t appeared on their site? Nor any other negative reviews, unlike here……
Seems like the bots are working well for them on the ‘site’ they have created.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, NOT A GENUINE SITE, NOT UK BASED, NOT UK PRODUCTS, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

They scammed me. Sent light different from the photo. Now no refund or replies to my emails.

Scammers. We bought a light which wasn't working well- bought expensive for a cheap Chinese crap. Asked for return. Sent back and never recieved money back. 2 months still fighting for the money.

They promised me a refund for stuffing up my order. And in the end refused to pay the refund and started making excuses.. what a shame..

Fake website dont buy they scam u for money and dont send products. They will ask u for your bank details and bank info which is quite strange and when u try to get your money back they will say they sent u the product which they never did.

Do not buy from this company, i bought a solar light with a motion sensor which did not work as it should. The light would come on when dark last 10 minutes and that was it very poor quality and overpriced.

Ordered a pair of solar wall lights. The website quotes 5 to 7 days delivery but actually takes 3 weeks as although the 'company' (not listed at Companies House) quotes they're UK based, the items are actually shipped from China. When you contact their 'Customer Support' a 'John Smith' (obvious made up name) gives the story that they're 'having warehouse problems'. A little delving reveals that it's actually someone called Kirilov Kaloyan (if that is their genuine name supplied for their Paypal account) who has set up a UK domain website but is actually based in Bulgaria & ships items from China. Probably someone working from home. What actually turned up bore little resemblance to what I ordered, in fact it was a hilariously inferior product. They appear to be using images from another company's website. Paypal dispute pending. Update: Paypal refunded me in full after providing evidence of all of the above.

STAY AWAY from buying anything from this company. They sell you a defective chandelier, and when you let them know that it is not working, they take their time to respond, till it is outside the warranty time frame and then they say, there is nothing they can do because it is not under warranty. Bottom line, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE They do not stand behind their product. Cheap chinese material that looks great on their web site but nothing like what you recieve
