The company excelled in staying in…

The company excelled in staying in touch, both prior to and on the delivery day. Claudio, the driver, gave me a call about 20 minutes before his arrival, allowing me to be prepared. Overall, interacting with them was a delightful experience.

Great service

Great service.
On the day the delivery driver Claudio contacted me to let me know when my bed was due to be delivered. He was extremely helpful going above and beyond what I expected carrying what was a very heavy delivery up two flights of stairs. Nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile. Great to have smooth trouble free delivery.

Am still waiting for a reply from Solo …

Am still waiting for a reply from Solo on bed purchased from CRAZY PRICE BEDS! Which on tracking email says they have received it! Just want to know if I am going to need to start a charge back dispute, my Grandson is sleeping on mattress on the floor which thankfully I didn’t purchase from them, if you see this SOLO please reply without sending automated email thank you

143428068 order number from crazypricebeds

I was given a delivery date of November 23rd for this order but the delivery did not come. On 24th November I received an email saying they would issue a new delivery date within 72 working hours. So far no delivery date has been supplied. I payed through PayPal and have raised a dispute with them to get a refund for this order!

Totally CRAP company

If I could refuse the star review, I would have. What an absolute appalling company, no contact telephone number. ( that's probably just as well, keeps the complaints at bay.) The response to emails are non existent if there is, its an automated one. Ordered a bed 3rd Nov and still waiting. Given a date and allotment time, never turned up, no contact to explain why and no apology. Biggest bunch of cowboys I've ever dealt with, a total sham of a company.

Poor update information and no contact details

We have been waiting 2 weeks for a bed delivery when the estimated time was given as 10 days max. There is no number available to call and when refreshing the tracking it advises awaiting a delivery date. We have had no contact from the company advising any update and are struggling to get a date confirmed for delivery. Currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor. This is a disappointing courier.

Poor customer service

I have emailed several times in regards to my daughters bed that has had 2 different delivery dates and not arrived. I previously had a response to emails before you received my order with a prompt and polite response, however now there’s a problem there’s no response.

The website for crazy price beds states instock and delivered within 5 working days. I’d just like an update/response as my 3yo daughter has no bed

We ordered both a bed and a mattress from Crazy Price Beds on 25th October 2022. Eventually the bed was delivered by Solo Home Delivery on 18th November 2022 but with no mattress. It was questioned with the delivery driver who confirmed that the mattress was not in his lorry but I showed him the original order from Crazy Price Beds to show that we have ordered it. He suggested that I contact Crazy Price Beds which I have been trying to do now for the last couple of weeks and I cannot get a response out of them. I have also emailed yourselves on 23rd November 2022 to shed some light on the missing mattress but again I have received no reply. I don't know where the fault lays whether it be with Solo Home Delivery or Crazy Price Beds, but I just want a response as to where it is and when it will be delivered.

SOLO HOME DELIVERY - Shocking delivery service leaving goods outside in the rain.

We ordered a bed frame that was delivered by Solo Home delivery. My mother, who is 77 and disabled, was there to open the door for the delivery men.
She answered the door and was told that they weren't allowed to bring the bed inside 'due to policy'. So obviously she couldn't carry it in herself, she is under 5ft and has mobility issues..
They left the bed outside in the rain on the front doorstep leaning against the front door. So she couldn't even get out of the house without it falling on her so had to stay inside until someone could come home to help.
Did I mention it was raining?
My sister had to leave work early to get home as my mum was so upset. As she arrived she had to try and move the bed frame away from the door so she could have access. As she struggled with the door and the frame my mum was caught and fell over. My sister then had to deal with this as well as try to carry the bed frame by herself into the house.
Due to the rain the boxes are wet all around the bottom.
If I had known there would be no help to take the boxes into the house I would not have ordered from the company that uses solo home delivery as their delivery agents. I presume there are heaps of other customers who have had this happen to them too. They say they have 'fully trained delivery professionals' which is a joke. They saw this old lady on the doorstep but wouldn't help her. Buyer be aware.

Excellent delivery service

Excellent delivery service! Thank you to the lovely, friendly Ben! He brought the bed into the house for me, in the pouring rain, up steep steps, and solo. He asked where I would like it placing. He advised me that it would take me approx 30 minutes to assemble and not to assemble downstairs as I wouldn't get it upstairs 😁 Great service, thank you!
