I ordered a frame from your website and received an email stating that it would be delivered within 10 to 14 day. I waited 15 days before sending an email asking for information as to when they would be shipped. I did not receive a reply. 5 days later, another email. Again, no response. Canceled order.

Best Price, Authentic Ray-Bans, and Outstanding Customer Service
I had an excellent experience with Solstice Sunglasses. I was looking for a very specific pair of Ray-Ban RB3016 Clubmaster Classic sunglasses and found them here for significantly less than I had seen elsewhere. I was a little cautious because the price was so good, but the sunglasses are absolutely authentic and they look amazing.
What impressed me just as much as the price was the customer service. After I placed my order, I received a 20% off first-order offer. I contacted customer service to ask whether it could still be applied, and they responded quickly, were extremely friendly, and actually went through the trouble of redoing my order so I could receive the discount.
I ended up getting the exact authentic Ray-Bans I wanted for an excellent price, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I would definitely order from Solstice Sunglasses again and highly recommend them.
