Haven’t decided yet as exploring other companies, but George was helpful and honest and, as I appreciated, didn’t provide any pressure, as some sellers do. Will decide next week, but Soly provided a fair price.

Poor attention to detail

Soly asking me to rate my purchase, when I haven’t bought anything. Pretty lackadaisical customer service, avoid, there are more professional solar outfits out there.

You didn't turn up for the call or answer my email.

Why are you asking for feedback for a meeting that didn't happen?

went around a few providers but Jamie…

went around a few providers but Jamie from Soly was the only one who didn’t feel pushy and listened to what I was after, so we have gone ahead. Amilio on follow up appointment was also very helpful and took his time checking everything. Awaiting install so I hope that will be as smooth and successful as the service side.

Clueless

The person that rang me was clueless it was a bad mobile line so I gave him my home number but the way he waffled on got on my nerves.
When discussing my Electric usage he said that my usage wouldn't be any higher if we didn't have our current 4kw Solar system fitted.

OMG where do they find these people.

Hopefully management/owners can play the call back and listen.

I had to terminate the call.

They did not tell me I was expected to carry out my own site survey

Having agreed and paid a deposit to have a solar powered battery and car charging point installed I was then required to complete an on line form backed up by photographs, many of which were irrelevant This was difficult for me as I don't use a mobile phone.
I await to see if installation is successful

Great Service from Start to Finish

From start (with the quote) to finish (with the installation) the service given was exceptional.
Everything was explained fully before we accepted the offer - and everything went according to the plan set out.
The scaffolding team very friendly despite the pouring rain
All the on site engineers turned up on time and did a great job.
