I reached out to Soly while exploring solar and battery options, and my experience was excellent thanks to Isaak. From the very first interaction to the final follow-up, Isaak made the entire process smooth, informative, and professional.
Our first meeting was a video call during which he presented the proposal in a clear, structured, and well-prepared manner. He patiently answered all of my questions and adapted the offer based on my specific needs — showing a great balance between Soly's goals and the customer's perspective.
Although I ultimately didn’t move forward with the offer due to technical constraints related to my property, Isaak remained professional and supportive throughout. That level of integrity and care stood out — especially when compared to some other providers, who were more focused on making a quick sale and became frustrated when things didn’t progress.
Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Soly — and especially Isaak — to anyone considering solar solutions.

Smooth installation from start to…
Smooth installation from start to finish. The key use for this company was their time to install my solar. I was initially planning to go with boxt until I came across solar. Boxt didn't really give me a specific install date but soly told me the install date within a day and lived up to expectations. Happy customer with solar power. I'VE GOT THE POWER!!! The team arrived timely and it was all done by 6pm with a clean install. The installer showed me how everything works and I was impressed by the app and how the whole system works. Got there in the end. Soly was the winner
Contacted a number of solar installation companies. After much deliberation I managed to narrow it down to a few. Soly was the eventual winner, despite some tough negotiating with Grant (Advisor). To be fair Grant was very supportive in his quest to answer a plethera of my questions, giving me confidence in the system overall. There was some confusion over the Sol Brain - FOC or not. Turned out it was FOC after all. Managed to secure a really good deal, proof really will be( in the pudding) when the battery storage system is finally installed. A fair wait yet as the G99 form has to be run by the DNO for authorisation. Sungrow would appear to be a gaint in solar eqpt production, despite its name not being that well know in the public eye. That said, its R&D is second to none, and eqpt cost & warranty is very competitive. I was impressed by the Soly Brain & its App and I'm hoping that in time my decision will be a fruitful & prosperous one. More to follow post install.

Grant explained everything in great detail and very informative. He advised on the most suitable solar panels and batteries for my home and how the installation would be carried out. Then he costed everything up from start to finish and provided a quote. He then e-mailed me with all the information and prices. I would definitely use Soly energy if I could be able to persuade my wife to go ahead with it.
