Excellent service from start to finish.
From the start when speaking with Sanjeev I was impressed and in no way did do the ‘sales talk’ where I felt pressured. He followed up, did exactly what he said he was going to do and when. Amelio took over when we decided to go ahead and was also helpful along with Callum. Installation was quick, easy & stress free. Everything happened as it should and we were up and running in a day. Very impressed and will be recommending for sure. Very competitive rates too!

Very helpful initial consultation
Very helpful initial consultation. I am at a very early stage of considering installing some solar panels, on an early Victorian house in a conservation area with extra restrictions due to listed neighbouring houses. We discussed a possible scheme, I have a very approximate idea of costs and have been advised to open discussions with the local planning department before taking things further.

Straightforward Technical Experiece

Full and timely information from the office staff from the sales team, (James), engineers (Amelio) and the home support team (Callum).
Queries were answered fully .
The installation team were excellent- considerate and professional. They contacted me the day after installation to check there was full functionality.

10/10 Would recommend to anyone
On the admin side, everything was handled very conveniently through WhatsApp, had zero issues arranging things. Process itself was also very streamlined and quick.
On the install side, 10/10 - clean work, great quality - done and dusted in around 3.5hrs start to finish (16 panels)

A good experience for an older person !
I chose Soly because Grant came across as knowledgeable and made me realise that there was more to solar than I thought ! He went above and beyond to help me through the process. Following on from Grant, there was Amelio, who took over on the installation process, again, someone who answered all my questions with experience and confidence. Then came Callum, who took me through the installation process and the practicalities of scaffolding and installation at my home. I found all the staff confidence inspiring. Last, but not least were Jay and Sam who did the actual installation which went very well and the only problem was with tying the system up with the grid, ( I think ) ! All in all, it was a very good experience, thank you all !
