I have tried 4 times to book a follow up appointment on line, it never seems to work, even after I put code in. It seems this site is a scam. Even the email on the home page does is not a valid email.

Makes dealing with mental health a bit easier
Dealing with mental health can be overwhelming, daunting and expensive. Although there's many reasons to go, there's just as many reasons that stops someone (me). Someone.health made it so much easier to choose a therapist and book an appointment. There wasn't huge wait times and it's much more affordable than other therapists around. I'm only one session in but already my therapist was warm and welcoming but also practical and realistic and above all wants to help me reach my mental health goals.
Big fan of Someone.health - thanks team!

Super convenient
There are Bios for everyone you can work with. This helps you choose someone who sounds like they might be the best fit for you. The times you can schedule appointments are convenient and work to when you are available. Also, they seem to genuinely want to help and there is not judgement. It’s great.

User Friendly and Proffessional
Being able to review and then choose which psychologist suited my needs best was an awesome start. The whole process is very user friendly. I was very happy after my first consult, I felt very comfortable and optimistic about future care plan.

Help and a relief to talk to a professional
It was such a help and a relief to talk to the psychologist, through Someone Health. They were very supportive and friendly. I was given useful tools for my particular issues (ASD and Anxiety). We covered a lot in an hour and I look forward to my next appointment.
The system was easy to use on my phone and we could see and hear each other clearly.

I am pleased that I finally found a professional specialist in psychology that speaks my language and can understand me very well in all my feelings and needs. Also, it is entirely bulk billed which is very convenient as at the moment I cannot afford out-of-pocket expenses outside the budget.

I believe my experience yesterday with psychologist was a great one. Christine was very empathetic and understanding.
Easy and affordable access to Australian qualified psychologists
I was able to access professional help, quickly and affordably. There was a broad range of specialist and generalists psychologists to choose from, and I could look at my own needs and find someone who could help with my mental health needs.
Seeking help when needed
I have found the process and finding a Psychologist to suit my needs easy and I'm glad I've found someone I can relate to and feel at ease with to talk to. I think it's important to feel comfortable and that you have someone who is able to help you through the process of healing from difficult times. Well worth looking into profiles to find the right person.
Very thorough, good system, great counsellor
The company is very thorough in its booking process and having all your forms completed and ready for your psychologist. It was easy to make an appointment online, and the bookings team is very responsive and helpful. My counsellor was excellent, relatable and he really listened to me, giving me gentle suggestions and observations - it was like having a chat with an old friend or mentor. The video chat setup was easy to use and the quality of the video call really good. I waited over six months trying to get to see a counsellor. When someone sent me this link, I was booked within two weeks! And my counsellor even worked on a public holiday. I couldn't believe it, I had to double check with the bookings team lol
New patient
Response was very quick for an appointment and I was given a lot of personal help to change my date.
Very relaxing experience with my appointment,
So far so good.
So far so good. It is my first time having an appointment with someone health. My GP referred them to me and the psychologist I talked to was really nice and understanding person. In my opinion, I prefer to talk via call or because you don’t need to travel anymore and there is no waiting time to book an appointment.
