Unfortunately the poor review I wrote for Somerset Bridge Insurance regarding their " incredibly poor service " was written in good faith for what appeared to be this company.
This was not the case. It was in fact a scam insurance claim management company who later said their name was ACD , they seemed to be affiliated with another company called Hammond Fleet Care Services who were assisting them in their con.
The matter was only discovered when the real Somerset Bridge Insurance contacted me with regards to the claim..... I am pleased to set the record straight.....

If I could give less than one star I would. I waited over 3 weeks to get my payout after an accident. Every time I called I was told the money would come that day. It never did. Also their staff speak very bad English which makes it almost impossible to resolve a situation. Awful customer service. Avoid like the plague

Cancelled my insurance because somerset bridge ltd acting on behalf of Watford insurance, made a claim they told me they wouldn't pay out because it was my fault sent me a letter stating that my car was being catergrised has cat n, did a hpi check and it showed my car has being a cat s and they had no right to do that, they didn't pay me out at all they also took my money stay away from somerset bridge limted insurance who work in paternship with goskippy and watford insurance,they have also refused to provide me with my no claims discount which I am entitled too has these were protected, I have raised a complaint with Financial obsdaman service now. Has they are being treating customer unfairly

I have fleet policy and a open claim of van theft its been four months and every time I ring I am told we are waiting reply from underwriter
Am paying £55.000 a year and hoping to add more vans however the service am getting is not even worth £600

Edit: fair enough, my issue was resolved at least I'm in the clear. Would recommend training the female staff to be polite as male staff seems to be very polite.
