Very pleased with our motorhome and the helpful service we received.

I received polite helpful service on my initial contact over the telephone and was well looked after at the sales depot before during and after purchase. On pick up day accommodatiuon was provided at a local campsite for the night, before I returned home the next day. Very good introduction to Motorhome and its various services before I went to camp site, and my follow up queries the next day before returning home were satisfactorily dealt with. I am very pleased with my purchase and would certainly recommend this company and its personnel to others as the service is excellent.

I exchanged my 18 year old Hymer 2.8 diesel for another 6 year old Hymer which was euro 5 compatible for visiting towns and cities in Europe.
I received a fair deal for the exchange and am very pleased with the new Hymer. Nothing was any trouble for the extra work I needed to be carried out on the new vehicle, Both Ian and Hannah the After Sales team at Durston was very professional and helpful at all times. I have no hesitation about recommending SMC to anyone looking to purchase a motorhome there.

What I liked is that we were not pressurised into making our purchase. When we wanted advice it was given, when we wished to be left alone it was heeded, we were able to make a purchase without hassle and in our own time. We actually walked away from another company when viewing another motorhome because the sales guy was pushy even though we liked the van.
When something went wrong on our first night away the motorhome was fixed straight away without any fuss while we sat drinking a complimentary cup of coffee.
