This company is a scam. They clearly feed the prompts you give them to AI, the product sounds like it was written and performed by AI, they will not give you a refund after you realize you were scammed and they even blocked me on FB!

DLWN WAS 🔥. Absolutely spot on when capturing the feel and message. His vocal arrangement was exceptional, and he carried the message through the entire song with eloquence & harmony that were smooth as silk. I highly recommend him. Song writing abilities and pure talent set him apart.

This is my second time ordering a personalized song through Songfinch. The first one was right on the mark and absolutely perfect. It was over a year ago, and we still listen to the song as it was just so perfect.

I purchased a song for my husband in February, and it wasn't what I expected. In hindsight, I realize that some Songfinch artists will use your words exactly so it sounds like you. For me, I wanted more of a lyrical expression and also a specific sound in the music. Customer service worked with me to select a new artist of whom I listened to lots of their songs and provided clear direction on a song vibe I was going for. I was also clearer about more thematic things I wanted in my song instead of it sounding more like a list of details related to us. When you request a song, be really specific about that to help your artist and also so you're not disappointed like I was. Thank you to Songfinch for working with me to get a song I loved, and thank you to my artist, Prettie Sample, for a stunning song.

The first time I ordered a song, it was absolutely perfect! So, I thought it would be an amazing idea to gift a song for Valentine's Day to my loved one, especially since this year is going to be very special, and I wanted something unique and magical. However, it turned out that this new song was nothing like what I was expecting. While the lyrics are good, the beat is plain, and it feels like the artist didn't put in as much effort as my first purchase. I'm disappointed because, as I mentioned, I really wanted something great as my gift this year. I even bought an additional verse, the lyric art, and had my song added to Spotify, but I still don't like it. When I contacted customer service, they told me I needed to pay another $100 to change the melody, which I feel is unfair considering they offer a guarantee. They then said they would help me find another artist who could have my song ready before Valentine's Day, but it's already two days away and I haven't heard back since yesterday morning. I'm very concerned and sad about this situation.

I wanted to have a song for my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and researched several companies and artists. It was a little overwhelming but I decided on Songfinch and Bubba James. I’m glad I did. The process with Songfinch was easy and the song was delivered timely. Bubba wrote and performed an amazing radio quality song that I love and I know my wife will too! Bubba’s lyrics were thoughtful and the music and performance is simply amazing! I highly highly recommend Bubba James! Thank you Bubba!

I have been trying to create my custom instant song for a week and the website is just sticking at "we are creating your song," the only time it ever got past that was on 1/31 and for the last week I can't finish my song. I am trying to finish for a special occasion and have sent three messages regarding this with no response.

I received a song I didn’t expect and I love it. My artist is Jake Bennett and he did a great job with this song, I’m glad I found him in a mountain of artists.

Excellent things:
-Nice melody I didn’t expect. What I expected was different but great, I think my story was performed in another healing way, that’s why music is amazing.
-Song is performed in ABABAB form, length of song is great and easy to catch up.
-Amazing vocal. I plan to do a cover and his voice is my ideal range, also his voice is very attractive and wonderful.

Things to improve:
-One way communication. Writing a song to tell a story is very difficult if the artist just reads a few information. This platform doesn’t give a chance to let us communicate with artists. So if you don’t write your story in point and concentrate them within 700 characters and few sentences, the song will never come out in your ideal way. In second chances you can fix the lyrics, it is also “one way”. But luckily my artist did great so I can modify lyrics in 4 sentences. Yes, just 4! I think most of the songs need more because as I said they create a 3 minutes song with short stories.
-lyrics. The only thing to improve, but he did great work to be honest. I think he tried his best to work on it, tried to write all the information into the song although I expected lyrics to keep it simple. But generally it’s great and I love the result at the end.
Here are some suggestions for who want to create a song for their loved one. -Listen to the artist's demo as much as you can. That will help you find the right person.
-Streamline your story. Type the main message that you want your loved one to feel from the song. Artists will try to write all your stories into the song. If you type your entire life on it, the song will lose focus.
-Summarise your message in verses and rhymes. A better way to avoid your song being too ordinary. Don’t think it’s too hard, the more you work on it, the results will get closer to what you expected.
-Listen to your song many times before you modify the lyrics. Some artists will try to make it rhyme, if you don't want to break the balance, just listen and read the lyrics carefully.

2 stars for the title. Same loop whole song, 4 chords. Not at all close to the examples I listed to. Out of almost 2000 characters they used 5 relative mentions , one which was wrong. One whole wasted verse had NOT ONE mention of anything about my story in it, but want to charge for another verse. No bridge in the song at all, just had to write this song in like an hour. Used the word cuz more times than my words. I have sent 3 emails , with 24 hours left to edit , I doubt I get any response. Not worth the money at this time. And now valentines day is almost here. WOW I am glad others had a better experience than mine. Three days later a response from customer service wanting to still charge for edit with not offering to fix lines...horrible customer service.

As of right now, we would be unable to ask the artist to make any adjustments to the instrumentals of your song. Surprised my husband with a custom song for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and oh boy did it bring us to tears. Our artist Dani Miché did an absolutely amazing job, the song is so beautifully written, her voice is stunning and it is now such an important part of our story, our very own song. 10/10 recommend songfinch and Dani Miché too, you won't regret it!

Like many people SongFinch had come up on my Instagram a few times. Taking the decision to spend 2024 travelling through Asia Christmas presents were a no go. This was perfect though. The system is so user friendly but it was the final product that was the most amazing part. Shayan Regan the author and performer of our song truly encompassed everything I wanted to convey in a song and more. In my fiancées words it was the sweetest gift I had ever given her.

I made two purchases for gifts for Christmas to my daughters and another one to my husband.
On both I had written the poem and had given specific information regarding tempo and artist preferences for each song. One of them was perfect, their “worry free and “well work on it until is perfect” is truly a lie as they will charge you even for minor edits. The second song, despite providing lyrics, background and artist references was a complete nightmare. I contacted them and they took three days to respond. Only to tell me they would charge me half of original cost to change it to the tempo I had originally requested. The lyrics were HORRIBLE. This was a heartfelt song for my husband that turned out sounding like an Avril Lavigne on drugs. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and despite my original experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Also, their customer service is not the best and you will not have any contact with the artist.
