Car was advertised with service history, they didn’t have it when I picked the car up as they said the auction house had it but they would send it on to me. They never sent it, I chased them 4/5 times they never came back to me or sent me the history. Once you have bought the car they do not care anymore, I would not recommend this company.

Stay well away from this outfit bought a vehicle on way home started having problems plastic parts coming off because they were super glued on . Next day notice a loud clicking banging noise from drive train \gearbox also checked to see if vehicle was taxed as they said it was they took my payment details but didn't tax it so I drove 170 miles home without tax if I had been stopped the vehicle would have been impounded and I would be left stranded so lost all trust in company. I requested a return and refund of vehicle on mechanical fault and electrical faults they got in touch after I sent many emails say they wanted to sort things out and could understand my position and said the would accept the return of the vehicle and inspect it after picking up the vehicle they wouldn't respond to any of my correspondence. I have asked for my part exchange back and refund but will not respond.both vehicles are on sale the rejected vehicle was put back up for sale the same day it was collected from me . So I'm without a vehicle and without the money paid for the vehicle and they will not respond to any of my correspondence. BE WARNED IF YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM SONNY ADAMS MOTOR COMPANY HERTFORD HERTFORDSHIRE WARRENWOOD INDUSTRIAL ESTATE THEY COULD DO THE SAME THING TO YOU. Purchased vehicle on 22may request a refund and return on the 26th they picked vehicle up 10th Jun and ignore my correspondence do not trust this company or zuto they advertise this dealer as trustworthy and also motonovo finance they are also not responding next steps trading standards and financial ombudsman do not trust the three companies they are out for one thing and once they have it you are not a priority to them. Customer service terrible.staff arrogant and disrespectful it's now the 29th Jun still no refund from sonny adams provided evidence of faults would not accept this.They say they need a independent inspection just stalling tactics as the evidence I provided is more than enough proof to reject the vehicle if you read the other reviews on trust pilot you will see they have done this to many people now they are trying to say they don't recognise my experience what a joke AVOID AT All COSTS JUST LOOK AT ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS SAYING ALL THE SAME THING UNTRUSTWORTHY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CARE ONCE YOU HAVE PAID ANY PROBLEMS AFTER SALE YOUR FXXXED. Well within my rights to reject the vehicle as could not trust a company that asks for your details to tax a vehicle then sends you on your way knowing that the vehicle is not taxed how can you trust that company to repair a vehicle to a acceptable standard . And judging by the other one star reviews i did the right thing to reject the vehicle. Just read the other one star reviews

Hussein was really helpful throughout the enquiry, purchase and even delivery . He made the process less stressful. He is a great guy. He was very patience and remain calm all throughout even while finding best finance deals. I really recommend his services. Thanks a lot Hussein for your help and delivery of my new car.

Worse Car dealer MUST NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL ❌❌ Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander REG SJ18SNN it was from them after 15 days issues starts coming car was painted both front doors were mismatched colour and It got major battry faults, shows sign as well whole car was rusted after that communication was zero I have spoken with every person working there but they did not sort the issue instead just making excuses they were trying to make themself correct about the vehicle. Vehicle HAS BEEN RETURNED THROUGH OMBUDSMAN services 🛑 dont Trust them 🙏🏻

Terrible company, please look through the reviews (the real 1 star ones). They are selling dodgy cars with issues that crop up weeks after purchase. Claimed they fixed an issue but no documentation to prove this. Completely ignoring all correspondence now as they have been caught out and have no evidence. Absolute cowboys, hopefully out of business soon 🙏

Turned up to collect car but not ready.
3 hours later car still not fully cleaned but out of frustration and boredom took it. There was a possible problem with some bodywork they had done. Reassured by sales manager they could put it right in a day and ring him next day to book in.
Not convinced took it to a reputable body shop. Very poor spray job done by Sonny Adams would take a week to respray not a day!
Sales manager never returned my calls, after sales only via email.
Didn't give them chance to put right bodywork as didn't want to run risk of them making it worse.
Despite being told car had full inspection headlight bulb didn't work so definitely didn't have an inspection.
Valeted car myself as sweet wrappers and dirt left after their 'valet'.
AVOID IF THEY HAVE DONE ANY BODYWORK.

Very pleased with my experience buying from sonnyadam. Every one was very friendly and very happy to find me the right deal with good warranty options. Hussein was very helpful and polite. Will highly recommended to everyone!

Bought a car with multiple issues, spent £12k on a vehicle I cannot drive and no resolution from Sonny Adam Ltd. Faults keep arising and Sonny Adam have made no effort to rectify the issues. I cannot believe there are any reviews higher than 1*, avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a lovely mazda mx-30. Hanza was patient and helpful all the way and agreed a good deal and sorted issues before collection.
Very happy.

Stay Clear of this Dealer they are worse ever known partner brought car 10th April too many issues with car to mention. We now on 23rd May and still stuck with car and issues warranty ain't worth the paper it's printed on which they insist to take their warranty at purchase. Customer service is non existent just say to speak to aftersales team who do not have a number and never reply to emails. Don't know how they are legal traders. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️

Daughter bought a 22 plate corse from here Sherif dealt with us from beginning to end and was so helpful. Not pushy at all and explained everything really clearly. He answered every question we had and was reasonable. Thank u!

Very disappointing, the sale went well but the car developed some issues after a few days & since that point its really gone down hill!
Had to drive the car back (84 miles round trip) to get the items looked at, they couldn't fix one item & since then its been backwards & forwards & them not returning calls & its still not done & I haven't heard anything in 2 days now! Very poor after sales!

Very pleased with the service we received, we arranged to view and test drive a vehicle and when we arrived it was waiting and ready to go. We were taken on a nice test drive and all the features were explained to us. Hussein dealt with our purchase and was professional and courteous throughout. We had a warranty quote that he was happy to beat and arranged delivery of the vehicle as well. There was no rush or hard sell and everything was nice and easy as it should be, we are very happy.

At first all seemed well I bought my car and went home. I instantly started seeing issues with the car and lights coming up on the dashboard (engine light, DPF filter & a few others) Gave the car back for it to be resolved and issues came back within 24 hours of collecting the car back after they had it for 1 week. They told me they didn’t fully clear the carbon out when I dropped it. Why? I don’t know. The worst part is when I rejected the car and asked for a refund, my refund was never given to me. Till this day I haven’t received a penny back from that car. Stay very far away from this company.

We had reserved a certain car and when we arrived we didn’t like it. I said to Hasan that I had read some negatives reviews and I was concerned. To be fair Hasan was extremely polite and didn’t try to sell the car we had reserved when we had changed our minds. I then asked him if he had anything else that may suit us and he recommended a different car which we were delighted with. He was extremely understanding of us having travelled quite a distance to purchase and picked us up at the train station when we arrived. Although we didn’t leave with the car we have reserved we did leave with a car which was much more suited to us. I’m very pleased with all the advice and help we got from Hasan.

I've waited a couple of months before writing this review and I've taken my car to an independent garage to have it looked over and it was given a clean bill of health. We found Hamza who dealt with us to be polite, approachable and very friendly. The car came without car matts and when i mentioned it to the manager he had them delivered to my door in days. We are extremely happy with our purchase as we needed a bigger family car and the seat we brought has given us everything we needed. We would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys
