If it was possible to rate it a 0, I would have! The dress I received was sewn Crooked so that the neckline and hem were all askew. The applique that was supposed to be on the waist was 1/2 over my chest! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a dress and paid extra for fast delivery on 7/11. Today it is 8/16. They claim the item was shipped and delivered (it was not). I am trying to recoup my money thru PayPal. Do not order from this company.

Extremely bad quality! I ordered shoes, it wasn’t even similar to what it shows on the photo, box was so cheap and smelled bad! Shoes were made of something so cheap quality. I’ve return the product and they sent me an email that I should pay for the shipping on both ways! It’s unbelievable! Cheap stupid Chinese product!!!!

I have been waiting fue my order for aprox 3 months, without any answers to three emails. I did not get the confirmation email nor tracking link I was told I World. Bad, bad experience. No cardigan and no money!

Filmy long vest is was cheap synthetic, not silk. Satin dress was too long (I am 5’6”) even wearing 3” heels and fit like a bathrobe. Return policy: customer pays shipping and gets 10% refund or 30% store credit OR you keep the item and they give 40% credit to repurchase item in a different size and/or color.

I purchased a dress that did not fit as described and additionally it was made very cheaply! I have now emailed 5 times and have not yet received a return address yet they have my money. I also ordered earrings with VIP delivery and 15 days later (was suppose to take 3 days) I have yet to receive them. DO NOT ORDER from this website as they do not honor what they say. They do not let you return the item as they do not give you a return address or answer your emails!!!! FRAUDULENT!!!

Absolute joke. They specifically tell you to email them for a return address but they never respond. Emailed them so many times from different emails and have never gotten a response. Waste of money and time. DONT order from here. Please read reviews about a website before ordering. Never again

Item arrived - a cardigan, however the fabric quality was completely unacceptable - extremely low, as was the manufacturing/tailoring, and the item overall was nothing like that in the online photograph. In short, my experience of this company reflects those others extremely negative reviews written on Trust Pilot. Additionally, my email to them requesting their "return item address" has not yet been replied to. - Please can someone therefore give me their "returns" address - I wish to make sure they receive it back with in their stated 30 day policy for a refund. Also - will look up any Chinese version of UK Trading Standards, as others need to be protected. - At the moment I have just lost over £70 through this experience and been with out; a much needed smart cardigan for work in the process.

Avoid this company! My experience mirrors that of others here. Sent a poor product, with little or no resemblance to photo advert, made from inferior material and shapeless. Offered 15% refund or 30% gift card. Not worth the effort and have written off the $120 I spent! Have not previously had an experience online shopping like this. Once bitten....

Yes, it’s incredibly cheap. And that is what you receive- a dress that doesn’t fit, is made of inferior fabric & finished very cheaply. Try to return it…we’ll offer you 10% (that doesn’t cover the return costs), a 30% credit if u keep it or 40% credit towards something made to your measurements. Did you read that anywhere?

SooDress bilked me $161.40! They sent me:
A coat that was horrible quality; another coat that was way too small. I was told via email to mail them back at a cost of $43.00 and was stupid enough to spend the money. Naturally, to date I have seen no money refunded! I have exchanged at least 4 emails with them to no avail. Don't buy from them! You will regret it!

This is the same as Leflames scammers coming under a different name. Always check

What a scam! I paid 97AUD each for 3 dresses (2 M size and 1 S size) and received only 2 and no size on the dresses, quality is like of 10AUD dress. I emailed customer service asking why only sent 2 when I paid for 3 and complained about the quality, requesting info how to return products but never received a response. Giving 1 star is still way generous

… payed for a 2 beautiful skirts and got something sent, which actually made me laugh, it was just so ridiculous!!
The company should be ashamed even to mail this garbage!
Unfortunately I can’t past the photos of what I’ve payed for and what I’ve got, it probably won’t make you laugh too ..!
Obviously I’ve asked for the return of my money, though I suppose, no chance.

Sent me the wrong size by MILES, and only offered to refund it if I send it back. But they wouldn't pay for the return shipping, which was almost the same price as the dress. They only gave me a 20% refund. I wish I had looked up this company before I ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are trash.

Terrible delivery time, it took almost 6 weeks to get the entire order. They when I tried to return in the gave me the run around trying to offer me a discount to keep the stuff. On top of that they asked me to commit a felony and LIE on a customs form to return the merchandise asking me to say I only paid $10 per item which is NOT TRUE.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. After following up and waiting one and a half months to receive them, one of them was the right model but wrong size, and the other was the right size but wrong model! After numerous emails, they don’t want to refund me the full amount for the mistakes they made on their end. Saying sorry but not acting upon it does not fix anything. Not ordering again.

This is a terrible company! I ordered a dress that is not well made and is too large. The company refuses to give me a refund. They suggested that I send the dress back to China, which would cost about 4 times the cost of the dress. I am still not able to get a refund. Do not order from this company.

Terrible experience, I received products completely different from the photos and the shoes they pass off as leather are instead plastic. When you want to return they don't reply. Not recommended!!!
