Wish I would have read trustpilot before wasting my money. Ordered in November 2023 and finally received today 30 April 2024 after telling them I’m referring them to PayPal for stealing £130 from me in goods not received. Jacket it a total piece of cheap crap and looks nothing like the item advertised. Material is definitely not that advertised.

Ordered a dress,never received it’s been 6 months and they still play with excuses.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER I lost $75 with them.Shame ion them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Phone numbers, email address DO NOT work. They took my money and ran. Didn't
know they were in CHINA. I reported them to the FBI cyber-scan website. Disgusting people who do this kind of thing.

Bad items in random sizes. Size 6 was the same as the size 16. (I ordered the same item in two sizes)
The material was Polyacryl instead of linen, as was declared. Absolute rip off!!

Terrible experience, I felt ripped off! I paid the cost plus shipping, almost $60.00, and I received some fake boots. Never like in the photos on your page. I could never wear them or give them away. No one can use that because they are poorly made, there is no space or flexibility for the upper part of the foot.

Don't buy anything, they steal your money. I ordered a blouse more than a month ago, I even paid the express shipping and I have never received it. Unfortunately I saw the reviews online only after I understood that I had been stolen my money.

Do not order from them. I did get most of my items but one was really ugly and I cannot get address to return it. Have emailed repeatedly, with no response. Waste of money and now I’m afraid they will sell my info to other crooks.

They are a fraudulent website, take payments and never ship products.

I received my order in a timely fashion, however the item is not satisfactory. I've emailed this company three times within the course of two weeks and have received no response. I seldom do business with companies like this and will stick to my rule in the future. Looks like I'm out $50.00 of my hard earned money.

Its been over two months since I purchased. I still havent recived my order. Five emails later still havent received my order. Most emails went unanswered. Have contacted Paypal to get my money back. Do not buy from this company.

Unfortunately I have to put one star even they don’t deserve any stars if there is below zero would be thousands below. I didn’t get my merchandise back. They lied and said package returned back to me for unknown reasons. That means they scammed me for $300

I ordered a pair of pants which costed over 50 dollars on 12/30/2023. I still have not received the pants which are ordered I would give them a zero. I hope they come soon. If it does not come they are thieves.

You're can improve by honoring your return policy and responding to the complaints you get from customers! I bought a jacket that didn't fit and after sending 3 emails asking for return information, they still haven't answered me. I have no choice but to write a bad review. The jacket cost $100.

Fast delivery. Good quality dress/material but did not fit. Emailed for a return address, no answer. It says 24/48 hrs for a reply. 3 weeks on and 5 emails still no answer. Yet as soon as you order you get an email thanking you for your order. Very disappointed. Most probably in 1 week they will say i cannot return because i have gone beyond my 30 days.

Tracking number does not indicate which carrier package was sent. Info says delivery delay....and then package lost. Very slow feedback and cannot provide tracking number of local carrier for proper tracking. I am still waiting for refund....

No returning/ canceling option without any customer service!!! This web is a feaking scam that need to stay away from.

It took two months to receive my order.
Looks like what they’re doing is taking pictures out of magazines with expensive name brand clothing and having their own seamstress try to copy it. The clothes that I bought are 100% copies. Not even the same size that I ordered. SCAM!!!!!!!! I have emailed them 20 times asking for a return address NO HELP!!!

SOS FRAUD! Do NOT order from them !!!! What they promise they do not deliver !
I ordered a dress with them ! Arrived 1 month later : different design and length, very poor material. No information available about return policy etc. Not worth the money and the time. STAY AWAY
