Scam. Beware do not buy from here. The clothes are very poor quality and don't look like the images At the bottom of the returns policy it says that you can't return things on offer. Well it's all on offer all of the time.

Sophiabrown and Nancy London is the…

Sophiabrown and Nancy London is the same CHINA company. Do not buy from this scammer. Item delivered is 'not as described' and no refunds. Quoting their non-refundable T&C on sale items. NOTE: All their items are on sale! LOL. Total disregard of consumer laws uk.

Poor quality, small sizes and poor responses.

Clearly a scam, or probably technically a fake.
They ignore emails for a return and had the cheek to offer me a 50% discount on a future order when I complained about their lack of response, but no returns information.
Having said that, it looks like they are Chinese so that would just add to the cost.

Avoid avoid avoid.

N.B. it looks like there may be a craftsperson with this name working in London. This review is not about her, but about the website sophiabrownshop.com

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would give no stars if I could. Awful shoddy cheap jumper, very badly made. A better one could have been bought on a market stall for £10. Refused to refund when requested. They state they do not give refunds on discounted goods! ALL their goods are discounted. They are also affiliated to Nancy London so don’t order from them either! A total sham company do not use. On their website they say they have 4.5 stars in Trustpilot. Another lie!
I have reported them to Trading Standards although don’t hold up much hope as contrary to what they say it seems they are not a UK company.

100% Scammers

Please do not use this company EVER.They are total scam merchants.Garments bear no resemblance to photos shown, material is very poor(Polyester).I contacted them for refund labels.only to be told there wasn't any and i had to send them to China by recognised courier at my own expense.I then send the garments back by the Royal Mail Tracking service on 03/01/24, at a cost of £22.75,and they had to be signed for when they were received at the warehouse, then i would receive my £60.00 refund.I am still waiting for my refund,as, according to the Royal Mail Tracking information the garments have been at Guangzou Customs since10/01/24,despite me having to declare to Royal Mail what they were.
I have sent numerous e-mails to Sophia Brown, but like a lot of reviewers,i've received no replies.

I repeat what i said earlier, avoid this company like the plague.100% scam merchants.

Full Refund

Hi all, I wanted to give you an update. I returned two jumpers that were ‘cashmere’ but as we know that was not the case.
I paid £27 to have them tracked and signed for to China . However 6 weeks later no response. I took photos of everything and contacted my bank and they started a claim on my behalf. I’ve now had a full refund of £72 for the jumpers. A small win and I will take the hit of the cost to return them just so Sophia Brown doesn’t pocket more of our money. Maybe if more people do this they will stop !!!!
