They market themselves as a UK company based in Oxford. Yet goods are sent from China. Any refunds that are requested are matched with a request from them for you to keep the goods for a 50% refund of monies paid. Any exchanges have to be returned to China, tracked at your expense.
Avoid this company. In addition to above, goods are of poor quality are delivered in plastic bags and aren't nicely packaged for money spent. Not the quality brand they purport to be.

Agree ....no stars if possible. Poor quality ...not like the pictures. Certainly not worth the reduced price.

Should be an option for a no star rating. As with all the other reviews here, agree that this is a fraudulent company set up in august 23 trading in Hong Kong, not UK.
Great advertising - so credible, but the goods received are inferior and poor quality and nothing like what is advertised.
Avoid and if you see similar adverts on social media from different companies, avoid these as well. They are no doubt operating under multiple different trading names.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. Clothes are not made in the UK, this is a Chinese company. I ordered a coat....the mutant that could fit into this coat has yet to be spawned. Absolute trash

Terrible customer service and appalling quality clothes. I ordered a cashmere jumper and received a cheap nylon one that looks nothing like advertised . The jumper is something you could pick up for a fraction of the price on a market stall. Returns are to be sent at your own expense back to China.

Appalling conduct by this company. The items were dreadful quality (despite looking gorgeous on the Sophia Brown UK website) so I paid over £50 to return them to China to obtain a refund. I have still not received my £144! There is nothing about this company that is British even though they state they’re based in Oxford on the website.

This is a SCAM company. DO NOT BUY from this company, I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a Chinese company pretending to be "made in UK". They shipped me wrong size, very poor quality shirt, stating it was cashmere and when I shipped it return (on my own cost) they refused to give my money back and stopped replying to me!!!

I am absolutely shocked that these criminals are allowed to trade in the Uk. I ordered a pair of slippers supposedly reduced from over £100 to £49. I checked the website before ordering and the website said they were based in Oxford. The slippers arrived 10th Jan (ordered on 28th Dec), one whole size too small, in a clear plastic bag and the quality is like something from a market stall!!! I asked how I go about returning as I want a full refund. They gave me an address in south China, said I had to return them using a reputable courier at my own cost. OR I keep them and they will give me 30% refund. I don’t understand how these people can get away with this. Don’t order anything from an Instagram link…ever!!!

Scam, dreadful quality, different colour to advertised, definitely not cashmere or wool. Cheap man made tat.

Do not buy from this company!! Ordered a beautiful jumper, and when it arrived, NOT from the UK, the colours were dull and not at all like the one shown, threads hanging outside the seams, a fault along the centre of the jumper, and the neck not finished. No reply to emails after 10 days.

Do not buy from here. This purports to be a UK company but goods come from China, do not match description given and are of very poor quality.

Under no circumstances buy anything from this company. Total rubbish. Not from UK. I was taken in by Oxford addresss so silly not to read reviews first 🙈. Wouldn’t give it to a charity shop!

I too was caught by this scam. They must have had a very good Christmas!! DONT GO NEAR THEM. Its not nice to suspect people but some certainly warrant it. I shall live and learn.

I purchased 3 jumpers that were suppose to be cashmere, no labels inside the items no washing instructions. I doubt very much they are cashmere, the jumpers are nothing like the photos, the sizes are all the same one size even though I ordered a small a medium and a XL. I have contacted Sophia Brown who basically portrays its self as a company based in the UK looking at the reviews this looks like a total and utter scam!!!!!!These kind of websites should not be allowed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I also bought a cashmere jumper from this Company. The UK is misleading as it came from China, the garment has to be returned by me to China. Reading the small print, they do not accept sale items so Darenth return anyway. A totally scamming Company. Do not buy.

Oh! I wish I had read some reviews before purchasing a pair of shoes. They do not look like they are worth anything close to what I paid, which was a "half price" offer. Now trying to return them as they don't fit well and I had to email the website to find out how to do this and have been given an address in China to send them to, which is totally unreasonable. I cannot find anywhere in their returns section where it says this is what must be done. I would not recommend this site to anybody.

Thank you to all the reviewers who have saved the rest of us from falling for these scammers. I thought the offer was too good to be true - and clearly it was.
