Unfortunately I made the mistake if purchasing a shirt from this site.
Cost me £37. a nylon top that looks like it cost £5. Material is horrible. Badly made.
Misleading website. And now I won't be able to return it. Avoid at all costs !

Cheap Chinese rubbish

I bought a mens pink jumper which looked great in the pictures. I did not realise it was coming from China which took weeks. I ordered one in L size. When I finally got it which came all bundled in a ball an badly creased I noticed the label had XL and L both on. I tried it on and it was too big and awful. I assume they had got an XL and stamped it with L 😠
I sent it back for a refund but nothing as yet.
I would not buy anything again from them and I suggest others avoid.

First of all I would like to say i didn’t actually order from them . But I was about to. I looked at the reviews and became wary so looked up the address in Oxford. Not surprisingly it didn’t exist. I would suggest this is a fraudster company.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! Product arrived and was far too small - supposedly XL but wouldn't even fit my young niece!! When I emailed to try and return for refund, I was given an address in China to send it to, at my own expense!! Although I might be liable for return costs, It wasn't stated that this would be to China!!!! I have tried to contact Sofia Brown and no-one has bothered to reply!! DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER!!! Pathetic customer service!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered a leather shoulder bag. Got sent a bag made out of poor quality man-made materials. Asked for refund, and was given an address in China to send it back to, at my own expense!

Taken in by the 'made in U. K.' What a lie. Rubbish from China. How do they get away with false information. Anyway taught me a lesson - always read reviews, don't take anything at face value.

Duhhhhh….. where is that, and alternatively they would give me a 20% reduction if i kept the garment. I would be hard pushed to reccommend anyone.

Thank goodness I read the reviews as was about to order a sweater. Looking at the photos of their collection, I noticed that many were the same as a company from Chinese origin...shoddy goods and a big lie. This company should be prosecuted for their total scamming.

SB say their garments are made in the UK when they are made in China and their returns goes to a Warehouse that only sells China made products

Be very careful with his company and read the small print. It looks as if it is a UK company but the goods come from China and the web information was clearly not written in the UK. The sizing is very very small - as reported by others and the colour differs from the web image.
If you try to return the first problem is the small print says they do not refund for discounted items and then if you wish to return they say "you to manage the shipping yourself according to our store policies in the returns section, using a certified courier service. They should be made to properly show they are a Chinese Company and have no UK base at all despite saying on the Web "SB Made in UK" and "We have an office in London, where our stylists, leading website developers and marketing team work. We also offer a digital "work from home" and, in these times of economic crisis, we employ hundreds of Englands who help us in areas such as customer service, subscription cancellations, social media enquiries, publishing, production of content, modeling and much more. Please know that your purchase matters and that you are supporting hard working Englands"

These people should actually be prosecuted for misleading the public that its made in UK. I should have read reviews before purchase. I bought an XL size jacket, took 4wks to arrive all the way from China. Package would pass for a medium size, not even a large. Material- poor, even Primark has got 10x better quality!
Returns? You have to send it back to China, when they get it back at their warehouse house they will refund.....which most likely they won't. Its a scam online company portraying made in uk and should be prosecuted.

The worse cloth order I’ve made in my life. This is a scam Chinese company, stay far away from Sophia Brown UK . I Ordered a 2XL jacket ,it took 5 weeks to be delivered, I received a jacket that won’t even fit a 12 years old boy, lowest quality ever. 1/5 star

If there was a 0 I would choose it.. an absolute scam of a trader.. as previously said, not UK based at all and the quality is non existent when it does show up.. do not order !!!!! I am £60 worse off and have been offered a paltry £12 refund as a “goodwill”gesture!!! Sending back to China more than I paid for my items!!!!

It's not UK and items manufacturered somewhere in China.
Very Disappointed

Delivery took 6 weeks items in no way as described, jacket too small in length and width, wont fit over a jumper. No care size or content labels. Poor construction, cheap zips.

I would like to confirm that this website is a scam please do not use it. All the items are from China and of very poor quality. They do not resemble the items advertised.
The tracking system was good and the communication was good.
Dispite advertising a uk return policy you are requested to send them back to China at your own expense.

I bought a turtle neck jumper.
- The site tells you it is a uk seller. It is not. They post from China.
- the site also tells you ‘made in the uk’. It is not. Made in China.
- I ordered a turtle neck jumper. It arrived and it is absolutely utterly nothing to do with the picture and the item I bought.
- the ‘contact us’ address turns out to be a gmail account, not a business account.
- returns: if the item has a discount on it you cannot return it
- if you return you pay the costs of shipping back to the warehouse in China and only get your refund when it arrives there, read never!
Stay away from this shop!

Follow up: I wrote to both emails provided on the page. No answer from the company. Once again, definitely a scam. Stay away!

I bought a roll neck jumper from FB advertising but decided to check out website first. It says clearly on website advertisement that products are made and delivered from the UK. The product arrived from China and is of the poorest quality and totally unwearable. When I asked to return it they have provided a return address in China. Postage there is £20. I have to pay for this.
