I ordered 2 utensil tidies, they should have been bees on cream with a yellow border . They came back completely white with no border , when I emailed Amy responded and said it does state shading can vary , I would think then that it may be lighter or darker not no border at all just one block colour and a completely different item to the web site picture , still waiting to hear back , disappointed to be so misleading when shopping your website ,

What a horrible place to shop!
What a terrible customer service! After placing an order, it takes a very long time for them to prepare and send the goods out. Even if you wish to cancel the order before it is packed and shipping has been arranged, cancellation will not be permitted. The customer service assistant will also terminate the online customer support chat at any time.
No more orders from this poor website and business!

Robin mug stains
Received robin mug as my birthday present from my daughter, but it stained really badly after just couple of days. I have tried everything to remove stains, but nothing worked. Some of my china mugs are about 10 years old and no stains. So this mug that cost £20 which is a lot is very bad quality.

Poor
Ordered a dog bed . No inner lining so when my dog was sick it stained and ruined the cushion . Emailed them direct to say it’s not fit for purpose . Was offered 20 % refund . I would not order anything from this company . Shoddy products and poor customer service

Disappointed, I have a number of the fine bone china…
I have a number of the fine bone china mugs. I love the designs but they are always tea stained which does not come out in the dishwasher. I have much cheaper mugs which do not do this.

Poor quality table linen
We purchased a Christmas table runner and matching napkins (Robin Green Table Runner & 8 Robin Napkins) which on arrival were lovely and exactly what we wanted. Much to our disappointment after the first use and wash they were totally faded and too embarrassing to reuse. Really poor quality given the price and company brand. Such a shame to have to throw these away after one use, covered in faded white lines. Waste of money.

Awful customer service policies
I ordered bedding which arrived with stains. I contacted them just after they arrived. I was offered 3 options -
1. Keep and get 20% discount - but non returnable if stain remained
2. Get a replacement
3. Return for refund.
The problem is I wouldn’t get a refund until I sent their faulty product back - once received back, then I’d need to wait 5 working days to get money back, which meant I wouldn’t have any bedding for when I needed it. At the end the day, this is their poor quality control, so why should I be wait so long to get my money back?

Expensive mugs which are not hard-wearing
I purchased some mugs in 2022 and they have now become persistently stained and the glaze seems to have lessened over time. This is very disappointing as these mugs were quite expensive and I expected them to last considerably longer. The Company response is that the staining is to be expected after 2 years and they are not prepared to replace them.

Stains on bedding
Had stains on brand new white bedding, contacted the company and was only offered 20% refund for bedding that is now unusable. Very disappointed and won’t be buying from there again.

Good customer service
I paid for next day delivery, the order was due to be with me on a Friday however the delivery company failed to comply and I received my order after the weekend. I emailed Sophie Allport late on Friday and received a reply on Saturday morning with an efficient and personal response to the problem. Full postage has been refunded together with a generous discount on a further purchase. SA kept in touch on Monday about delivery.

I recently purchased the Sunflower bedding set & extra pillow cases to match, good customer service & quick delivery, but l am very disappointed in the quality of the bedding, it doesn’t wash well & is extremely difficult to iron, in fact after several attempts at ironing it remains looking as if it’s never seen an iron,, extremely disappointing for fairly expensive bedding, £108 in total, not good l am sorry to say .

Sage green bees
I really wanted a vintage apron and , every time I searched,Sophie Allport came up. I ordered a bees apron, oven glove and tea towel. They were pretty expensive but, whilst I was looking, I noticed that they also made a bees roller blind. As I was about to move into a cottage, I thought that would be a suitable kitchen window dressing.
When I was in a position to order my blind, I went back to the site to discover that they produced this blind in various different colours, but not sage, to match the other kitchen textiles. When I contacted them, as has been mentioned before, you receive a generic reply and get fobbed off. If I had realised, I wouldn't have spent so much money on a tea towel (£11) and an oven glove (£18 for one), although the apron wasn't a bad price. Won't using again and don't recommend

Robin Christmas crackers
I spent over £50 on two boxes of RobinChristmas Crackers and was so disappointed with the quality of the contents. The little Robins were so cheap, the beaks just stuck on anywhere and not in the right place or even on the face! . Very faded colour you could hardly tell they were robins. Cheap rubbish and not worth the premium price. If anyone wishes to see a photo please let me know

Terrible Customer Service
Can’t say I am happy with the overall experience.
First delivery was lost so it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas and they even refused to refund the delivery charge or offer any sort of compensation.
A free replacement was sent but too late to arrive in time for Christmas. :(
Edit after generic reply: I already left it clear on my review why I wasn’t happy (refusing to refund shipping costs when delivery is not met).
Choosing not to address the issue at all and just posting a generic reply I guess is part of the reason why you have such a low score on trustpilot.
Changing from 2 to 1 stars due to this pointless reply. If you don’t want to address the issue at least don’t waste your clients time with these replies please.

Very disappointed....
We ordered a box of six christmas crackers, which arrived on time and were well packaged. The problem was that when we opened them on Christmas day we were dismayed by the poor quality of the items that came out. The paper hat, the joke and trivia question and the tiniest paper decoration in every cracker!! I certainly expected more for £22.00 Very disappointed and will not be purchasing anymore of your products.

Unrealistic Delivery Timescales
Standard delivery says will arrive within 3-6 working days but it didn’t even get dispatched until a week after I placed the order and then the email said it would arrive yesterday and it didn’t and now there’s no way to track the order. If the website had given realistic timescales for delivery I would have known to choose a different delivery method. And now some of the items I purchased are out of stock so I can’t even reorder. I’m really disappointed as I was so looking forward to receiving my items.

Slow Delivery
Delivery says 3-6 working days. I placed an order on 1st October and it wasn’t even dispatched until the 10th, delivered on the 13th. Painfully slow. I’ve ordered several bone china mugs in the past year or so and three or four of them have developed tea stains which don’t come out in the dishwasher. Nice designs but not good quality.
