Do not order presents from them

I made an order to be delivered to a friend as her housewarming present and now she is receiving marketing materials from the company at her address but addressed to me even though I never gave consent! Absolutely horrified when my friend told me what happened!!!

I really love their products

I really love their products, but beware, the delivery is painfully slow. This is the second order I have placed and it takes forever!

Customer service 1st class!

I had purchased some tea towels and had an issue with them. The customer service team were fantastic and replaced them. Would definitely buy from them again knowing that they really care about your experience with them!

Chicken Tableware

Having purchased a set of Sophie Allport Chicken table and drinks mats they developed dark marks around the edges within months.
Upon complaining the company sent a new set however the same problem happened again, this time all over the product to the extent that the mats are now unusable

Amazing company and customer Service

Having bought Sophie Allport bedding through a third party. Following an issue with the third party, I contacted Sophie Allport direct and they could not have been more helpful, amazing and so accommodating. They were quite honestly brilliant. I cant thank you enough. And as for the product, this is amazing as well.

Note to self.... I will go directly to Sophie Allport next time to purchase.

Really Shocking experience

Really Shocking experience. Order placed 5 days ago and due for delivery but still not showing as being dispatched. What is wrong with these companies? They deliberately remove customer service options to speak to someone and direct through emails which takes even longer. Urgent gifts have been an ultimate fail by an unreliable company service. Customers deserve better

Poor quality "bone china"

Poor quality "bone china". Tea stains will not come off in the dishwasher. I have no problem with supermarket bought bone china but constant problems keeping the Sophie Allport mugs clean. Avoid!

Poor quality wallpaper.

Bought wallpaper, was sent all matching batch codes etc so thought there would be no problem.
Wrong!
The paper varies so much by roll that there is a noticeable difference in shade between sheets.
To their credit, when I pointed this out I was refunded, but for £26/roll I expected much better.

Exemplary Customer Service.

I ordered some melamine table wear for my grandson, but somehow when filling in the delivery details something went wrong. Neither my name or house number was submitted so Royal Mail were understandably unable to deliver and my order was returned to sender.
Kirsty at customer services could not have been more kind or understanding, arranging for a duplicate order to be sent before the Royal Mail return had been received.
Thank you Kirsty - you were so helpful and my grandson LOVES his crockery.

Looks quality at the beginning but then…

Looks quality at the beginning but then falls apart really quickly. Bad quality & bad service The pj bottoms frays front & back within a short time. Nightmare time with the company.

Update: Sent an email as requested below & still have had no contact or help from the company.

Great dog beds however…

Great dog beds bought several however must mention internal cushion goes ‘lumpy’ and dogs refuse to sit in them! however just emptied stuffing and replacing with a zip and 3 inch memory foam to see if dogs like their beds again!

Don't buy fabric placemats

I purchased expensive but beautiful placemats only to use them once and can no longer use them as you can't clean them. What is the purpose to make beautiful placemats if they can only be used once as they can not be cleaned. Not impressed and will not be buying from Sophie Allport again. Such a shame

Zebra tableware

Bought some Zebra tableware for a present. On arrival one of the table mats was damaged (laminate had scratched off) which was replaced. Subsequently all mats are now scratched or have marks and look shabby after only 3 months of light use. Bought a zebra table runner at the same time which after one low temp wash had lost colour and looks washed out with lines all over it. Very poor quality

Not a great shopping experience for me.

I am leaving a product review. This is my first time purchasing from this we store. The items received arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. I ordered the sheep double duvet cover. On the website and looking at it closely, I believed it to be grey. However, when it arrived, it was beige a colour that I do not like . Unfortunately I cannot return it as it is an item excluded from being returned Be warned if you think that the lovely sheep duvet covers and pillows are grey do not buy they are cream/beige - or greigh. If you want that colour - that’s fine. I also purchased the dragonfly tray which was lovely. However, the label was so stuck tight to the tray that it took me ages to get off and I was very concerned that I would damage the tray in the process. All in all, not a good experience for me.

However, this can be affected by screen resolution, etc. Therefore, we do provide detailed descriptions on each product page, to go along side our imagery. With regards to this particular bedding, we do describe it to have an Oatmeal background, not grey. Prompt and perfect customer service

A recent product purchase didn’t go well with really ugly dye pooling after washing. I contacted Sophie A with feedback and they really exceeded my expectations, offering me a few resolutions that I could pick from. So four stars because of the initial problem but overall five for service.

Wallpaper batches didn't match

When buying wallpaper, I was always taught to make certain that batch codes match & buy enough at time to make sure that all batches match, even if this meant overbuying. Ordered 5 rolls of wallpaper (1st time of buying wallpaper online), & was very surprised to find 4 rolls matched & 1 roll was different. Contacted customer services immediately, & was informed that they only had 3 rolls left. "What is the code of the 4 rolls you have & we will see if we have any that match". They then found that they did & replaced unwanted roll immediately. Question remains - WHY DID THEY SEND OUT DIFFERENT BATCHES IN THE FIRST PLACE, especially if they had a matching roll available? Would have given 1 star, but excellent customer services in sorting out problem that should never have happened, increased rating to 2 stars. Lot of fuss in returning the 1 roll. Would not trust them to not do it again, so will not be using again & will not recommend.

Do not buy Bubbles and Fizz

I ordered the bubbles and fizz table runner, napkins, apron, roller towel, tea towel, oven gloves and pot grab for New Years Eve/Day 2022 as something special to entertain. It looked absolutely stunning, I was thrilled. After the event, I followed the wash instructions and washed on a cold wash, then dried it naturally. The result was atrocious, the gold trim was gone, the green background was faded and had white faded creases in the fabric. I ironed on the reverse fabric and decided it was that bad I couldn't use it again. It was therefore a very expensive single use set. I am disgusted and disappointed. I have the Hares set and had it for 3 years now and the washes and wears very well, so you can imaging my disappointment. Do not buy the Bubbles and Fizz.
