Excellent customer care
I’ve ordered jewellery from Soru for over 4 years now and have always been delighted with my new pieces. I recently had a few crystals fall out of a necklace purchased last year and the customer service response was great: communication was clear and my necklace will be repaired within the next week. Very happy customer and will always support Soru!

Exceptional Customer Service
I had some issue with a necklace I bought in 11/24 and needed to have it repaired. After emailing customer service I was given the instruction on how to send it back. However, little did I know that sending a package from the U.S. to the U.K. could be quite costly and in my case it would have ended up being 20% of the price I paid for the necklace. I almost decided to not have the necklace repaired. Deb, a customer service rep. was so kind as to offer me a free return label upon hearing about my problem. I am so appreciative of her go-above-and-beyond attitude for customer service. Also, knowing that Soru is a small business and cannot always offer free return shipping like some big American brand names can, I am even more appreciative of the exception they made for me. I will remain a loyal customer!

My favourite jewelers, these ladies offer unique stunning pieces I can't resist 😍 always exciting to wait for new collaborations and designs I've never been disappointed with a single piece and always get complicated. Vincenzina Linear Earrings
I was lucky enough to receive the beautiful Vincenzina Linear earrings from my husband for Christmas this year, You have placed them in the category “statement earrings” and they most definitely live up to that description! They’re absolutely stunning, not too heavy and will enhance any outfit. They had their first outing on NYE to great acclaim and I looking forward to wearing them many times throughout the year.

Another stunning piece from Soru !
I’ve just purchased my 5th piece of jewellery from Soru, and again I was absolutely delighted.
Beautiful packaging as always , and extremely good quality , The ring I purchased is adjustable which is perfect for my small fingers , as I have trouble finding rings to fit me . The ring looks far more expensive than it was , a real stunning piece . It’s also so nice to shop and support a small family business that are clearly so passionate about their brand.

The Green Etruria Necklace and Bracelet are stunning! Light, feminine, adjustable and gorgeous. These are the first two pieces of jewelry I’ve ever bought myself and I could not be happier. Highly recommend.

These are beautiful pieces of jewellery but not to be worn daily. After 3 weeks, my ammonite necklace plating waa coming off. I was disappointed as its a gorgeous necklace. Perhaps I wore it too much or expected too much from it. I wanted this to be something I could wear day in and out. This is not it. An expensive mistake. But, it is beautiful

Still no refund or help since 05.12.24, despite canceling the contract. Really disappointed with Soru. They don’t want to help. Package not delivered, but they want to keep the money. Update: they blocked me on Instagram and don’t respond to my messages anymore. It’s unbelievable! Never experienced something like this.

I am sorry to hear you have been disappointed with your shopping experience at Soru. Rest assured we do respond to each and every contact in a timely manner with an extremely high level of customer service. DHL Express delivered your order to you within a couple of days of placing, providing photographic evidence, however, as you decided to sign a waiver with DHL (something we strongly advice against on our website) to take full responsibility to have your order left in a 'safe' place of your choosing they will not now refund the delivery since a theft has taken place at your residence this is now a matter for the police. We will continue to talk with DHL on your behalf to help conclude the matter and update you daily.
UPDATE: DHL confirmed delivery of the parcel, with photographic and GPR evidence, the customer waived the need for a signature at her own request. The customer did not leave me messages on social media, she left me abuse- daily. Hence why we had to unfortunately block her as a very last resort.

Necklace for Christmas
