Awful company

Awful company. Ordered three items, they arrived weeks late after the birthday had passed. The quality was very poor and the customer service is terrible. They go round in circles with you on email but never actually process a replacement or refund. I’m on email number 32 with them and after every 3 emails they go back to the beginning asking for pictures of the item which I’ve sent about 10 times. Do not use this company, I’m now disputing the transaction with my bank

I want to cancel my order

I want to cancel my order! They add on extras even when you de-select them! I neither added 'VIP Service'?! (£4?!), nor 'Shipping Insurance'?! (£4?!). They basically scam double the amount of the cost of the item out of you and you don't know until after payment.

They also make it impossible to cancel via their website, they give you some flimsy pdf instructions that don't correlate with their website nor can you contact anyone on there.

I purchased a product from this company…

I purchased a product from this company in good faith but what I received was way below acceptable. The engraved text was illegible. The photos were sat at the bottom of the box.

When I sent them evidence of this,and requested a full refund they only offered £6. I would suggest anyone who experiences the same to remind the company of the consumers rights act 2015 which by UK law protects us from faulty goods and entitles us to a full refund.

One final note If they hire someone who does quality control then I suggest they send them to specsavers as how this product got sent out is beyond me.

If I could give no stars I would have.

If I could give no stars I would have.
Item never arrived, kept saying delivery address was incorrect which it wasn't!
Refusing to contact courier company or issue refund for item not received.
Avoid at all costs

Further to the reply below, there has not been a satisfactory resolution to this. Yodel do not know where the parcel is and no full refund is forthcoming. Again avoid purchasing from this company!

Rings are from Ali Express

Bought this ring as a gift for my partner. Not until after I ordered it I found out the ring is just from Ali Express. They are charging £45+ for a £10 ring off Ali Express. On top of that, the ring was not even sent in any decent packaging or box and just arrived in a plastic bag. Do not order rings off them. 3 stars are because the ring itself is a nice design but we will see how it holds up.

Update:
Liars - customer service did not email me. The ring arrived and it is very very cheap and most certainly is not 925 Silver. Disgraceful.

Disappointing product and experience

Ordered a Russian style doll for my granddaughter. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Very disappointing product. Doesn't fit together well and its only one doll when I expected 3. Very poor product and value for money

She’s been great

She’s been great! I didn’t receive a confirmation email(I’m sure with the holidays everything is bogged down) so I reached out and she was able to find everything and has been super helpful! She sent me my tracking number and it’s on the way!

Sneaky add ons at check out stage

Sneaky add ons costing more without realising. Be really careful when ordering from Soufeel as they add extras on that need unticking at the end, such as delivery insurance. Also, if you add a gift not there is an additional charge which then automatically add their 'VIP' service without you realising. What should have cost me under £20, ended up over £30 and I didn't see this under it appeared on my bank.

Order somethings from soufeel and they came out great!!! One of the products got delivered and was cracked from shipping emailed them and they took care of it for me!!!
