I saw the ad for the nesting dolls on Facebook and immediately loved the idea for my son's family. Soufeel did a great job with the likenesses and the turn-around time was awesome. I had a little issue getting the dolls apart/open, so I sent a message to the company. Cherry responded promptly with several suggestions that did the trick. I love the little figures and can't wait to see the faces of my son's family when they open them. Such a unique and special gift!
Soufeel are now giving me a refund after a lot of conversations about this. Customer service was very helpful when Evri lost my parcel. Soufeel would be a great company if they didn’t use Evri for delivery products I’ve had in the past have been amazing.

I ordered a magnet as a present and had an issue with the first one. I contacted Soufeel and was assisted by Cherry, who was absolutely amazing in resolving the problem. The customer service was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
If you’re ordering a magnet, I’d recommend using a bright photo, as darker images may not turn out as well. The magnets themselves feel good quality and look great once finished.
Running out of time to find a personalised gift. So many adverts for a soufeel fridge magnet. After uploading photos and being happy with a product that I thought was about £25 it was actually over over £31! I continued with my order as the sample image looked brilliant. A week later when my gift arrived...... The product quality is darker than the sample image. I'm unable to upload the final photos of the magnet. Now I'm going to struggle to get something delivered on time as I'm not going to give this out as my gift. Don't be so sure that your sample is reflecting the finished image. It isn't!!!

Came completely broken after taking nearly a month to come and looks like it was made by a child (and a child could even see it it’s so small), the worst £40 (yes £40) I’ve ever spent in my life DONT BUY!!!!

EDIT: I find it hilarious that after a few negative reviews have been posted, that this company suddenly achieves as if by magic, MULTIPLE positive reviews, how funny is that? You are now REFUSING to refund me my money, initially offering me £3 compensation which is an insult. Disgusting company.
DO NOT purchase from this company. The images you send to be displayed on their products bear no likeness whatsoever. My family on my recently received wallet all look like deformed gremlins who drank WD40 for a laugh.

From ordering the fridge magnet to it being delivered I never had any problems. My boyfriend loves it ❤️ looks lovely on our fridge.

If I could put no stars I would... I saved original ages from advert of item and glad I did, it came nothing like the item like I thought it would as I had seen reviews off other customers since purchase... They are false advertising items and using AI images and the item I received was a cheap nasty version and one shown, 10 X smaller than expected and best place for it was the bin.. to try shut me up they are offering an exchange but will not admit to false advertising so will be taking further to try stop them doing this to other customers

I ordered a magnet and I realized right after that I placed it to the wrong address, corrected it on the website where it has an option to after you place order. Also messaged support and asked them to change it, they said it was fixed. STILL got delivered to the wrong address in a different state. Messaged support back and forth for about a week and they asked me to confirm my current address I wanted it to go to, did that. They still asked me which address again. After going back and forth with them and none of it being helpful, I asked for a refund. They sent it to my account. Only thing they did right. Then the support person asked me to rate them 5 stars. I find it ridiculous to ask for 5 stars. This was such a bad experience I will NEVER order from here again. Don’t waste your money on cheap plastic from china. Terrible customer service.

My product arrived damaged. Finding a way to reach out to Customer Service on the website is not a user-friendly experience, however, once I did and found a way to reach customer support, cherry at customer of support has been extremely helpful and accommodating. I am grateful for her fast assistance and for her, and therefore the company standing by their products and doing the right thing.
