I paid express shipping and received my item 2 weeks later. When it did finally arrive the photo barely held in the rotating photo box and the photos themselves were shrunk and were barely visible. Not to mention the inscriptions on the top of the box was wrong as well. Stay well clear of these con artists

I bought a customised order which wasn't worth the cost. This was for my Grandsons 18th. It looked nothing like the item on their website. Customer services were less than helpful and it was quite obvious from the start that they wasn't going to be a favourable outcome.
Wish I had read the reviews first!

Avoid this company!
Truly regret thatI didn't read those reviews before.

Firstly, I ordered music magnet online and they charged me extra at checkout for VIP service and package insurance which I didn't select and didn't want/need at all. But I proceed further and not complain at this stage as I really needed product as a gift for my partner.

Second, product which I received look much much worse than on their website. Very dark photo, cheap looking, poor quality, without details and element on advertising....Once I raised complain they done remake for me - after argue- free of charge, but still same cheap and poor quality, very dark photo on it.

Finally, I complain about the whole situation and ask for full refund - which I didn't get, they offer 5£ return as a gesture of good will.....which is not solving the issue. I gave up finally, and product is not good enough to give as a gift.

I think this company is very dodgy. They have an amazing looking webpage and perfect advertisement, but real products didn't look near as good.
Also, company is localised somwhere in China or somwhere far away - they answer on email aroun 3 am in the morning, everybody with anime avatar on emails - so definitely not UK brand and service...

Avoid as it's not worth all the hassle and time....

They charge me for two extra items that I did not buy. One was a VIP service which literally means nothing and the other ones insured shipping. I made sure that I unticked everything that I didn’t want and only left in the basket what I wanted and they still charge me extra.

This company is terrible item come damaged and with the wrong music and I was offered £5 compensation for a £60 item absolutely terrible stay well clear

Ordered a musical fridge magnet.
Arrived within two weeks. Plays the chosen song. However the picture quality is awful. So blurry and pixilated its hard to make out whose face is whose.

Ordered a customised music magnet for my daughter, took a week to be delivered, very good quality, sounds great! Would recommended

Ordered a canvas for Valentines day £30. Ordered on the 2nd of February it's now the 13th at 5pm with no sign of delivery. Absolutely fuming I will never ever use there service again. Shocking AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I don’t understand the complaints honestly, I am so so happy with our product, took a while to arrive but it was so worth the wait, my mum recently lost her mother and she’s just had a birthday and I got a projection necklace that had a heart with moving wings with a picture of her and grandma and it’s absolutelt wonderful, you can even shine light directly on it and it projects the picture perfectly on the wall, I got her a pink rope bracelet too with a picture of her and I and that too came out wonderful, the picture I used was a poor quality image too and you can see perfectly the image, you can see the projection picture much better if you have a light shining through it or in a well lit room and make sure you are looking through the right side... don’t get the complaints honestly, what a wonderful thing and I just know mum will love it... if we do have any issues and it breaks or whatever, I’ll surely change my review but from what I see now it’s perfect, with items like this you have to be delicate and look after them, not get them wet etc, I’m sure most of the time when these break it’s down to the customer cos people don’t know how to look after or take care of things properly and you are paying mostly for the projection or the charm, not for the chain so just change your chain if it breaks, which I will probably do so anyway... highly recommend especially for someone who has lost someone and you can put the image of their lost one in the projection charm!!

Product came fine, but had to email for updates multiple times. I would not buy from them ever again. Not worth the money or the fact you can’t unsubscribe from their awful, spam of an email!

I brought a photo cube for my partner of our cat and the photo’s turned out awful. I was gutted.

They will not honour their order and pretend it’s been lost in transit, then offer your refund and not send the money back. You have been warned. ! 
I’ve been waiting for my product now for two months and a refund for a month, they send the same email reply, I wish I had researched this company 😡

WISH I HAD SEEN THAT THEY ARE THEIVES BEFORE I SPENT $35.

I purchased a magnet. It feels cheap and the sound is distorted. VERY distorted. The picture is darker than the original. U had back and forth email. I was offered 30% back. I said no I was not satisfied therefore I expect a full refund in line with my statutory consumer rights. I have been told my refund will reach my bank within 5-7 days. I was also charged for delivery protection which I didn’t agree too. Basically delivery can to £10 roughly. I feel stupid buying from them. Please don’t make the same mistake and I’m afraid I don’t even expect my refund. I’ve asked for details to send back and I havnt received this. Apparently the company is based in the states but I see lots of reviews from about it being from China here, so maybe they don’t want me to return it which can often be the case. Don’t use them. EVER

THIS IS PURE SCAM!
Package was not delivered, I was at home waiting for it and it missed the date, I even paid more for it to arrive on time. I am asking for a refund and after several emails they just ignore and refuse to sent the money back.

paket lost after two months and they want me to search for the packet after I reached out to them via paypal to get my money back, because their customer support doesnt work at all

Awful, do not buy from here. I ordered a Christmas present well in advance and paid for express shipping. The parcel never arrived at all. I sent evidence of the issues with the courier and that the parcel was lost in transit and requested a refund. They are avoiding issuing me a refund and keep saying they need to check with their shipping provider, despite me providing evidence from the courier. They have offered a replacement but it was a Xmas present and I bought something else in its place as it never arrived. It’s been over a month since the order and after numerous requests for a refund they have not provided me with one. Do not buy from here!!!
