Terrible quality for personalised socks, absolutely unwearable due to poor quality material and sewing. We got Christmas-themed personalised ones and they're only good for decorations (the pictures came out looking quite well, but the overall bad quality defeats their purpose). The extra money you pay for express delivery is also completely wasted, we might as well have ordered from Alibaba and hedged our bets. Go anywhere else for personalised wearables and don't waste your money and gifts here.

Terrible company to deal with !! Avoid !! Tried telling me I gave wrong address! Charged me again for postage ( outrageous cost too ) customer service no help

DO NOT ORDER HERE! Don't think this company and the products actual exist! I ordered something worth over 100 Euros and they claim to have sent it, but are not able to send me any tracking details nor find out themselves where the product is. It never arrived and they refuse to refund the money!!

Be warned the reviews on there website are utter BS.... this company is a joke and if you do decide to think.... proceed to check out then I suggest that you do so 3 months in advance absolute joke .... emailed them 4 weeks after ordering they tell you item has been shipped email a week later because still no tracking Info there was apparently a delay with the airline, 3 weeks later items not even ready never mind disptached...told them I needed the items for a special occasion was asked to send them £20 to speed up the process... obviously didn't after so long waiting anyway in all communication is shocking wait days for a response, funny that I received tracking info after I sent a very nasty email telling them I'd reported them to PayPal ... very poor service did receive my items eventually ... would never order from this company again though ..... didn't look on here first ... wish I had

Do not order off these!!! I ordered a canvas it was awful it was for Mother’s Day broke my heart because I had bought it for my mum then had to try and find a new present from somewhere else bad service weren’t interested in helping me.

Its being more than a month since i ordered a present and i didn't get it.
They told me that its delivered.
They asked me to ask my neighbors and check the mailbox and obviously it didn't arrive.
That is the only solution they offer me.
Now, I lost my money, my time and my present.
They leave a lot to be desired, i do not recommend it at all.

If I could give 0 star I definitely would . Please do not order off this company quality of goods is disgusting and nothing like the pictures they put . I bought the light up ball with imagine on . Well it has gone straight in the bin I can’t give this as present awful , not worth one penny load of crap

If I could give 0 Stars I would. This is a rip off company parted with £32.92 before valentine's day. Paid for faster shipment as well I still haven't received my parcel yet, I have been trying to contact via phone and their contact chat I still have not heard a thing. I looked cheap on valentine's day and had to go out and spend more money on told of all the things I brought. I have to now raise a dispute and wait 120 days before I get my money back. Seriously these good reviews must be fake please dont waste your time or money here it's not worth the aggro.

The product recieved was, in no way, similar to the product they show on their website. The globe they advertise is so crisp and clear that I actually "thought" I was buying an etched crystal. What came to my house, however, was an extremely cheap piece of rough plastic with a picture that was half the size advertised and barely legible. Total garbage. The ONLY reason I'm not giving them a 1 is that they actually DID give me a full and prompt refund. They let me keep the globe but I still threw it away, it was that bad.

I have to say the review is mixed but all in all the end result is good. Ordered on the 20th of December knowing I wouldn't have the gift by xmas. The updates through the site weren't great and had to contact customer service for updates but in fairness the replies were very quick and apologetic. The product arrived a full month later but when it did it was really good. Thank you

They deserve 0 stars! Rip-off thieving company!! I ordered 3 pairs of custom socks in mid-November as a sentimental gift for my daughter for Christmas. Several attempts with “customer service”, a single response (finally) asking me “from which site I placed order on”. I responded. Then SEVERAL more attempts to find out the status of my order with ZERO response since. Infuriating!!

Sad I ordered two photo watches on 8th December had confirmation they were in transit on the 16/12/19 but tracking number was not recognised, customer service take for ever to reply , was told hold up was due to items been personalised , but 9 days in transit , Christmas Eve and we have no gifts for our dads tomorrow, used previously last year from soul feel in America and had much better service plus cheaper

FAKE ... I order two engraved pieces from yourselves .. at no point can I see on yiur webpage this will be a sticker , when I sent you pictures of the pieces I get reply from Vera stating it was due to picture I sent ??? Why ?? it’s ment to be engraved not stuck on , these where for my sons partner again told you a memorial. Cheap nasty not worth yiur time money and upset . These are not customised or have any care taken , I would upload pictures so people can see the shoddy workmanship.

I purchased a picture charm for Christmas for my daughter which was nothing like the picture I had sent them it was hardly even recognisable as a dog more of a blurr and the only place it is fit for is the bin . After reading several reviews on the company I now realise I am not the only one who has had problems like this. Customer services were no help at all and had advised me that the most they can offer me is 20 percent of my money back so my next step is going to be trading standards . My advice to anyone is do not use this company it is absolutely appalling.

I ordered personal jewlery back at beginning of November in time for Xmas present after getting lost in the post the company were fantastic saying they would replace the items in time so I gave them a great review seemed very personal & helpful but alas I still havnt received them they aren't even ready to send as iv received no trackable number yet how disappointing so my husband my son & my grandsons Mum will not be getting a present from me at Xmas just feel so upset 22nd Dec

Ordered a sentimental gift, photo keyring on the 27th of November. It came today, the 22nd of December and looks nothing like my friend and her dad who passed away. Purchase this gift somewhere else. I should of read the reviews before purchasing.
