An appallingly dishonest company who sends out broken items. I bought a photobox (24 photographs) and it arrived broken. The photos were loose in the box and the handle did not rotate (jammed) so photographs could not be viewed. I reported the issue immediately, received a response requesting a video of the broken item, which I sent. I never heard back from them again despite sending 2 further emails. Scam company. Avoid like the plague.
Update - following posting a review here, i finally received a response from them. They have offered a £5 refund for a broken item that cost £59. Speaks volumes about the legitimacy of thos company

Cherry C. was very understanding of my concerns and once I explained the problem I experienced with my order, she provided many solutions with details! She ordered a replacement for one of my items that was defective upon arrival which was extremely appreciative. Wonderful customer service!!

Shocking quality I would go as far to compare it to temu, for the price that it is it’s really bad, also the pictures of the product is nothing like the actual item you receive, also the delivery time absolute joke would not recommend and I would never order from them again, shocking

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered a Christmas present on the understanding as specified on their website that it would be delivered for Christmas. It’s now the 31st December and my order is still not even in this country! To make matters worse they charged me £29 for express shipping and expedited processing….and yet the order is still not in the right country. I have repeatedly begged for a refund and I’m being told “it’s not their policy “?!?! I am going to continue to shout from the roof tops on every platform I possibly can for people to avoid this company at all costs

I wanted to buy an original gift for my girlfriend. I bought wooden flipbook and I am very disappointed. The photos look terrible. Some of them have small blue dots that I can’t clean off. The upper and lower halves don’t connect well, so people look like they are cut in half.
The mechanism for changing photos works randomly: sometimes it changes one photo as it should, sometimes it gets stuck and doesn’t change anything, and sometimes it skips three photos at once. It’s terrible. I do not recommend buying anything from this site. I spend 30$ on this gift and the quality is a joke.
I know shipping is not directly part of the product, but I want to warn others that I paid $25 for fast shipping and received my package a week after Christmas, even though the website guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

My original order that was received had some issues that left me frustrated. Cherry from customer service was very kind and helpful to work with and I should have a replacement coming to remedy the issue. (I cannot review the final product yet but I do want to commend the customer service and communication!)
the necklace i ordered is amazing quality, it’s so beautiful. this was a sentimental gift to someone, who cried when receiving it. the price for the item was amazing too. i definitely will be ordering again. amazing experience.

Personised Item received was defective. Contacted customer service. Cherry been very helpful and arranged a replacement, showed me it and now awaiting new one to be delivered. Very happy with service received.

Cherry was great, id emailed to get update and she replied promptly with info and kept me up to date. My item had then got misplaced in the post but cherry helped to look into it and kept me updated and my item was eventually found and delivered. Very friendly and polite
Great product, really good quality and quick despatch. Courier lost my parcel. Excellent communication with sender helpful throughout. Luckily parcel was found and did arrive, but a replacement had already been arranged.
