Ordered a personalised piece of jewellery from here. It arrived in time for Xmas. Advertised as 14ct gold plated silver. Item was discolouring after 2 days of wearing. Contacted customer service and received a generic reply that I had purchased copper jewellery and this was normal. When I pointed out the fact they are advertising silver, they tried to backtrack and say it was in fact silver not copper. Oops, this was a blatant lie and when I called them out for it they offered me an additional product as a replacement but k have to pay delivery for it. I declined the offer as I don’t want to replace it with another copper product and spend additional funds on a shoddy product. Refusing to offer refund and offered £5 as a gesture… I would avoid this place unless you enjoy a green neck and mouldy copper around your neck.

Ordered the stacking Russian dolls. They are much smaller than advertised and do not open and close properly. The quality is very poor. This was raised with customer services who have now strung me along for weeks, asking for video evidence and even once that was sent, they refuse to refund. They are now not replying to emails. Do not use this company.

My purchase arrive broken. Which was unfortunate. However, the customer service was great! Very friendly and understanding! Sent a replacement without hesitation. I just received it and absolutely adore it! It's a gift for my boyfriend and he's going to love it!

Ordered a customised photo flip frame with promise to be delivered a few days Christmas. Not only the item was delivered way too late, the quality was shocking : photos didn't rotate properly, terrible photo quality print, light switch intermittent and turning on off by itself. Emailed to ask for refund as it was obviously a rubbish . But their customer service is even worse than the product. It's been back and forth in multiple emails now did not resolve anything despite me asking for refund multiple time. They even had audacity to ask me to pay for postage fee again if I want replacement (that they offered as "gesture of goodwill") until I shut them up with the refund policy on the website. But still coming back with partial refund for something I obviously gonna throw away. Seriously, saving your money and sanity by avoiding this company as they are just one of those Chinese scam!
EDIT: after another few more emails and this 1 star review and involving my bank , they have offered full refund (including the original shipping fee and stupid insurance). So if you are unhappy with the product make sure you stick to your gun and keep pushing them as you should not be out of pocket for something you wouldn’t use.

Having ordered and paid the maximum price for delivery before Christmas it was then lost by there fed ex partners
They then had the cheek to ask for more money to send it out again !
Fast forward to today the package as small as a necklace in a plastic bag in a massive fed ex parcel bag to open up for the photo gem broke off the necklace

My order arrived, it was nothing at all like the description or picture. It was poor quality. I asked for a refund, they refused but offered to replace it with something looking more like their description and picture. Eventually I reluctantly agreed as they wouldn't budge on a refund, the replacement arrived, looked slightly better but quality equally as poor as the first one. Cost £30 with delivery, would have cost pennies to make.

The company is misleading and makes its money from marketing scams.
It automatically applied a shipping insurance charge that you have to opt out of so I was charged an extra £4 for forgetting to untick a box.
When the item eventually arrived, the quality was dire. It was in need of complete assembly. Instructions were a QR directing you to hard to follow instructions on TikTok. You have to melt your own tube of glue with a lighter to configure this product. The whole process is ridiculous.
Do not buy from Soufeel. It is a waste of money and time. You can get much better products elsewhere

Purchased an item which arrived in excellent packaging, had a minor issue which was resolved quickly and without any fuss. The customer support is probably the best I've experienced in a long time which is why I'm leaving the review. Cherry was excellent and I would highly recommend Soufeel.co.uk.
