I have been a customer of Sound Advice for many years. I always go back to Derrick because he completely understands my hearing problems and I trust him to recommend the perfect hearing aids for me. The after care service is excellent, and when I was unable to get into the shop due to illness, he visited me at home to do the annual check and ear clean. Lorraine on Reception is also very helpful and has often assisted me over the phone when I needed advice with the Ap that connects to my hearing aids.

Louise was obviously very well versed in audiology and helped me to choose the aids that suited me best. She also took great care to help me to make the most of all of the useful features of the aids.
I would highly recommend her.
PS Receptionist Suzanne was also very helpful

My experience with the lovely team at Sound Advice Hearing in Horncastle has been absolutely excellent! My husband has been fitted so successfully with his hearing aids just short of seven years with the expertise of Simon. This has been so refreshing, considering the great failure and very poor attitude of his previous fitting by Boots, Lincoln.
Simon has always given us honest, professional and excellent advice with regards to both of our different degrees of hearing loss. I trust him implicitly!
It’s always a pleasure to be greeted and looked after by his lovely assistant, Julie. Always, a beautiful smile, efficient and kind! Thank you so very much!
As a patient of Sound Advice Hearing in Horncastle, you will NEVER be disappointed!

Brilliant service by this company. Simon was wonderful with my elderly mum, explaining the process and her options. The hearing aids mum chose have changed her life. Very many thanks.

Found Sound Advice 6 years ago and have found the whole team always extremely friendly and helpful. Now needed hearing aids replaced, saw Gemma who tested hearing and explained more modern aids available, loaning test aids to try. When collecting new aids saw Suzanne and given 2 week trial to take away. Returning for slight tweaks to aids was again seen by both Suzanne and Gemma. At no time was there pressure to have most expensive options, rather to fit me with what was best suited to my needs.
There is an excellent after sales service, with annual follow ups, plus can make appointment anytime if need adjustment, all covered by 5 year guarantee

Gemma was very professional and knowledgeable! Taking time explaining the results of my latest hearing test, plus giving me information about my new hearing aids. She explained in a language I could understand, ensuring my new hearing aids were comfortable and how to maintain them.

Having been in business myself I always use the mantra...the customer is always right and deserves courtesy and full attention. Many the times I have walked out of shops due to staff chatting to each other rather than attending to me the customer. At the Hearing Centre in Norwich the staff are always very welcoming, caring and attentive.
As I am in my 70's it is difficult to keep up with all computer technology, which may seem simple but sometimes baffles me. So it is great to be allowed the time during my visits to ask questions, and see charts and get the information in an easy understandable way.
Offers of help with the technical side has also been given to enable me to take full advantage of adjusting the sound environment through my phone.
I cannot find any faults and am very pleased with the service given.

Both Louise and the receptionist were extremely kind and helpful. Provided me with understanding with my problem, and offered me a free hearing test also. I was recommended to them by my grandparents who were very happy with their visit also. Would highly recommend.

My wife is blind and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with her and her guide dog. She had ear wax removed by suction and the procedure was carried out with care and precision and it has made an immediate difference. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

I had a build up of wax in my left ear, easy to book appointment and when l arrived no waiting straight in to get it sorted. Simon looked in my ear with a camera so I could see the problem on the screen, he explained what he was going to do and flushed the wax out. Now I can hear again lovely job would recommend

My first visit to this long established Southport audiology clinic convinced me that I was in the right hands. Lee Trangmar's professional approach and treatment was replicated in a follow-up check a few days later. I have no hesitation in fully recommending Sound Advice in Hill St.

I purchased my hearing aids in 2022, the service was very professional and friendly. I have since had a couple of very minor issues (my own fault) but once again I was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Sound Advice is a very friendly place, from when you first step in the door, from the friendly and caring receptionist Lorraine to the audiologist Derrick. I visited today and received the usual friendly service. I would highly recommend.
