Active bass repair
Had an issue with preamp of an active bass guitar. Had tried another establishment on Merseyside but was left feeling my request for help in identifying the problem was an inconvenience to them. Not so with Sound Affects team and Rob in the repair shop. Excellent communication and customer service, quick turnaround and, happily, an easy and inexpensive solution to the problem. Will certainly return with any other issues.
