Great sound! I originally ordered the SONY MDR-EX650 and had to return them for a slight electric hissing and poor bass so I was sceptical about ordering a similar product like this but wow was I wron... See more

Very pleased with my E10 ear bud purchase.
Very pleased with my ear buds. I chose the E10's over the E11's as some reviews said they are slightly more suited to my taste in music. The sound is very good and way better than my old and more expensive set. They certainly live up to the various online reviews.
They do SoundMagic
Great communication and fast delivery. The E80D sound amazing, better than any wireless buds I've tried. Would highly recommend.

I was amazed by the sound quality these inexpensive ear buds provide. It is utterly neutral, effortless, and so transparent it's hard to pay any attention to it. I seem always to be just listening to the music -- completely unaware of the device producing it. The only thing I would like would be a bit more volume. I often turn the volume up so as to mask my tinnitus, or to cope with noisy environments, but that is a teeny, tiny annoyance at the most. Super pleased with this purchase.
Great sound quality
Good service in overall
Good service in overall, considering it was sent from another continent. Customer service great and helpful so far. I am yet to try the headphones but very happy of my decision to buy there
Good Product at a Good Price
Communication emails were helpful. Price was good, including a discount. Products are well designed, robust and good quality. These newer E10 come with a straight plug rather than an L-shaped one, which is not so good, and it is not obvious which is left and right.

Great product (E10) & still great value!
The Soundmagic E10’s are still my go to in ear option when paired with a Qudelix DAC. Nice fit, great cable and excellent value for money. If you lose or damage them they’re easily replaced and for sensible money.
SoundMAGIC E80D - In Ear Isolating USB-C Earphones with Integrated DAC
I like the sound quality and the comfort.
As cons I can say that the overall volume is very low and since they are with internal DAC there's nothing you can do about. Also the cable is a bit stiff and always has some bends.
Shipping address was changed…
Shipping address was changed automatically at the moment of selecting payment option. It picked the account address associated with my credit card. Then it could not be changed, even after requesting it via email. Customer support told me to cancel the order and make a new one. Product finally arrived but sound volume of these earbuds is very low (using same mobile phone and compared to three different models of headphones). Do not recommend.
E50C from the official SM UK store (opinion June 8, 2024)
The first E50C I bought was from AliExpress on June 25, 2021. Straight out of the box, without any "warming up" of the headphones, it had the best sound I've heard so far from this type of headphones. There was almost no need for additional frequency adjustment via the player's equalizer. The sound was clean, clear, direct, and crisp. Any change to a specific frequency via the 2-steps in EQ was clearly reflected by the headphones. It was the best 5 months of my outdoor life musically. However, after 2 months of use, listening to music between 2 and 4 hours a day, the insulation of the cable started to fall apart. After about another 3 months, the insulation of the upper part of the headphones, which is in direct contact with the atmospheric conditions from outside, completely fell off. I stopped using them as my phone is more valuable than the headphones.
I bought the second E50C from a shop in Bulgaria this year (2024). Unfortunately, it was a disappointment in every sense of the word in terms of sound quality. There were too many and ugly low frequencies and too few and ugly high frequencies. No amount of playing with the EQ frequencies could save them from the dustbin.
I bought the third E50C from the company's official website store in the UK this year, 1 month later than the previous ones I bought from Bulgaria. Again, it was a letdown in terms of sound quality compared to those from AliExpress. After a solid "warm-up," there was almost a complete lack of low frequencies. They only started to come on when setting the EQ from 10 steps up, and yet they were nothing like the low frequencies of the first ones I bought. Mid frequencies - were not the same.. As for the high frequencies, I could make some compromise, albeit a significant one. My hearing says is that the sound quality is equal to that of the 10-15 (20) euro Sony headphones with the essential difference that Sony offers neither very high nor very low bass when the equalizer is set to "Flat".
For all three E50C models, I used a phone with an audio DAC built-in and turned on, and PowerAmp as a music player.
In conclusion, I can say the following about the headphones I bought from the company's store in the UK: If you listen to music on this type of headphones for a minimum of 2 to 4 hours per day, and if you have been using this type of headphones for years, trying out all known manufacturers, you cannot expect a sound that is different from the sound of Sony for 10-15 (max 20) Euros - neither after taking them out of the box nor after a solid warm-up.

I have been having a problem with the microphone when speaking on the phone. Can hardly be heard. I have sent out two messages to your customer services … got not any response. Disappointed really.
Excellent digital connectivity
No complaints I did not have any digital wired only Bluetooth so excellent
Superb set of earphones
Superb set of earphones! They sound amazing, with fantastic clarity. The bass is not overpowering giving a more natural sound. Super quick delivery and nice touch with the cheeky sweet!
Fast delivery and great earphones.
Fast delivery and a great pair of earphones. They sound great straight out of the box but they are another level if you use a decent equaliser to personalise their sound.

The APTX HD does not seem to function on the P23BT also the sound output is very low when connected to my laptop. Sound is ok though otherwise. They are very comfortable to wear.
Long overdue wait
Purchased Soundmagic wired headphones in the past and have enjoyed the sound quality they provided, though the control pad did have issues they were still very good.
