Steve provided a perfect solution for a cabling issue I had connecting kit from 2 different manufacturers and the service was very prompt and good value.

The cables from Sounds Heavenly were the final phase of rejuvenating a Beocenter 9300 and a pair of 4000 shelf speakers. The work by TEK Media in Burbank did wonders for the sound. And I knew the cables from Steve would be the final finishing touch. They added even more clarity and depth to the sound. Nothing can be better than listening to Who's Next (original master recording ) at an appropriate Who concert sound level. Excellent all around!

I had a problem with a preamp I bought just under 2 years ago contacted Steve for advice he ask me to send it back to be checked it was found to be faulty. Steve replaced it with a new one free of charge Al done within a week of first contract. Absolutely outstanding customer service other companies could learn alot from Sounds Heavenly .Many thanks.
